Everything was great!! Employees and food. But honey it was H O T in their dinning area !!! And the poor employees looked incredibly hot but still served with excellent customer service

Today is 1/20 8:30p. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived I was told they doing a shift change and it would take 10 to 15 mins to order or get the order I placed about 8:15p. Im not sure if this was the truth or not either way its poor planning. Who does a shift change this late for a place who isnt opened all night? The employees seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. This is the normal for every restaurant in the Churchland area. SMH these kids have no work ethic these days.

Went through drive-thru and was told it was going to be a 10-15 mins wait because they're too busy doing a shift change... I have NEVER heard of customers having to wait because of that. That's poor management.

This location always closes before they're supposed to. The workers just stop answering the drive thru 2 hours early.
I drove thru to get a salad and try the new salted caramel frosty, didn't like it! The salad was ok, but the line was very long..........sorry Wendy, not today.
