Love the Wendy’s near my house. However, this Wendy’s location does not clean their tea brewer. It tastes like it sits stale in the brewer and has a burnt plastic taste to it.

The 1# combo cheese burger meat was dried out but I assume to compensate for dryness too much mayo and ketchup was added. This just a horrible mess without napkins or the receipt. NEVER AGAIN!

I placed a mobile order and we got yelled at when we walked in. We were told the dining room is closed because there are not enough workers. Put a sign on the door then!!!! So very rude. We then went through the drive through and they didn’t even have our order. But then they found it. So bizarre. Someone was already inside at the counter when we walked in and they told us to leave. I have no idea what’s going on here but we will go to the other Battlefield location next time.

I went through the drive-thru to get my food. The employee was professional and friendly. The only issue with Wendy's burgers is they don't have enough flavor! There needs to be some seasoning put on the patty or some well flavored special sauce.
They literally had only half the menu. My wife order baconator fries. They came out with shredded cheese not the cheese sauce. The chili had the wrong meat. The meat was like shoe leather. Worst experience in a wendy's in a long time. Won't go back to this one ever

Easily the worst Wendy’s in chesapeake. This cold burger has no tomato or pickles and looks like it has been sitting for hours. The workers don’t seem like they want to be there so why would the customers? Go a couple miles south or north both of those Wendy’s are always good. I am not eating this garbage so now I have to call my bank for a refund

I placed an order of 20 garlic parm nuggets to share with my 2 y/o grandchild, by the time I had driven home, which was less than 5 minutes away, I prepared to served them they had so much oil/grease on them I felt like they were not safe enough to eat w/o either of us getting sick. I tried to soak u some of the oil but it was so much it soaked thru the bounty towels, I eventually threw them away. Please do not allow nuggets to get reheated or in that way as some elder and younger bellies can’t handle all that greasy food plus I didn’t appreciate having to throw over $10 away. I’m so disappointed you all HAD the best nuggets of all drive thru’s in my opinion.
