I went to this location cause I don’t live too far, but they took my order gave me a receipt and told me to park I was waiting 1 hour to get my food. I went back in line which took another 30 minutes and got a refund but they completely skipped over my order cause one of the crew members didnt put it in the system correctly.

Waited 20 mins after being told to pull ahead and wait in drive thru. I had to get down and literally go to the drive-through window to ask for my food and it was sitting there waiting getting cold. I was very frustrated, but my wife was more hungry hire some competent people that was ridiculous. They literally forgot about my food and had me sitting there waiting.

Hubby went through the drive-thru to order food for the family (5 people). The person at the window did not hear the entire order. When my husband told her she missed part of the order, she very rudely told him could go back through the line instead of trying to rectify the situation right there. Horrible customer service!

The burgers were decent, but the fries tasted and looked like they had been cooked in old grease and/or left out a long time ago. We won’t be going back to this Wendy’s again. We’ve had better experiences at other Wendy’s.

They got my order wrong ( I ordered an apple pecan salad and I ended up with a Cobb salad) but they were so gracious at fixing the problem and getting my order right. I'm not looking for perfection, just the graciousness to get it right. In this case all the people involved were willing to make it right and without a negative attitude.
