No staff!!! My visit today was very chaotic ?!! The manager was doing everything; she hit on my passenger windows and asked was I using the app. She then took my app up to the cashier, brought it back and then told me to reverse and pay the cashier, which was her by the time I backed up. I was so confused! I appreciated the effort though!

Fast food is fast food, our order was wrong so we had to wait for the right items. As I was standing there waiting I noticed the kid putting the fries in the holders using his hands. I am a little skidding about people using there hands like this, unsatisfactory as far as I am concerned. The young lady at the counter was very courteous and so was the lady remaking my food. The only other issue is the lady making my sandwich kept putting her finger to her lips as if saying don’t say anything about me making this sandwich. It’s a secret, not sure if she thought she was doing me a favor or if she was afraid of getting in trouble for giving me the wrong one.

One door was closed with sign on it to use other door. Ordered via computer near front counter. I didn't order what I came in for due to not understanding the computer selections but I ended up getting a smaller meal for a dollar less. Restaurant only had 4 diners inside. Wait was reasonable. Coke machine was dispensing too much carbonation so I had to wait for bubbles to go down. Restroom was reasonably clean.

Man…I’m mad after waiting for almost hour and was introduced to someone rude over the headset and then someone corrected whoever it was and said I’m sorry let’s try this again. I use to work at this location and my crew always made sure food and service was up to par. My chicken was hard as hell and looked like it was made 30 mins ago because of how the mayonnaise look on it and the fries looked as if they were old fries and got dropped back in the grease. Really don’t understand the morals of these individuals. Because if this was your food you would want it fresh and hot and edible. I just don’t have the time to go back up there because if I do I’m sure I would wait again for almost an hour. Time to contact BBB and health department! Because food poisoning look like it lives here especially night shift.

Coffee No Creame

Just left Wendy's 4/1/24 and when I say my Food was Fresh,Service @ 100%,!! Total change to this restaurant and So much appreciated. All of our sandwiches Looked Exactly like on the menu and piping Hot! Thanks Wendys!!!

Lazy..lazy..haven't gotten my order right once not that hard to read the receipt and see the hamburger didn't have the right stuff on it. If by some miracle they actually put it in the bag. Recommend you go someplace else.

Well, im not good with giving reviews only stars, but this place need a review. Too slow, never have anything ready. You always have to pull up to get your food at the door. Instead of the window you ordered at. Sometimes I get the wrong order. Im Not sure if I've ever seen a manager there but if one are always there shame on the manager for allowing this place and its employees to run it over. You need a new job

Yes I’ve just went through a drive through. I ordered the 2 for $3 breakfast. Got my coffee and egg and cheese biscuit.. when I was at the window. I paid and got my order. I asked for syrup as a sweetener for coffee. Girl told me in a very arrogant mood. She said they’re out syrup and sugar and told me to get out of the drive through. Girl needs to get her attitude checked. She could’ve told me in polite manner. This location always hire rude and entitled employees. Owner needs to check their staff of how to give proper service

Food was cold, fries were disgusting and cold, bacon was hard and inedible, buns were stale, they didn't tell me my only drink option was something nasty called "aha", didn't give me the option to refund my items, workers were rude and full of attitude. You need to be closed or shut down. This is a weekly occurrence and it's becoming worse than the burger king down the road. Everyone should be fired and a complete overhaul done. Safer to eat at Chipotle at this point.

Had a issue where I order a combo that had cheese on it, the wrapping paper for cheese was left on my sandwich and I didn’t realize until I had got half way through the sandwich and bite down on a piece of paper. Realizing I had ate the other half. Spoke with manager Bre about it and she said I could have it remade and a refund for this issue. So Went to get a refund and new sandwich next day ..mind you that’s gas back and forth and I couldn’t finish my sandwich after that. The manager then went back and forth with my husband when he came to get refund and sandwich saying she said one or the other. Ended with a refund because that was just as Horrible and customer service. I ended up throwing up to get paper out my body. Just Disgusting and poor customer service! I usually don’t do reviews because I’m usually satisfied but this is unjust so I had too.
