Breakfast today. Sausage and cheese English muffin. The English muffin was like eating leather. Egg and cheese biscuit was ok. Sign on drive thru said all soft drinks $1.00. But they charged full price even after I had the girl ask her manager Ms Harmon. I only went there by drinks were a dollar on Friday.

Just ordered breakfast through drive thru, fries were great, sausage biscuit was extremely greasy inside package and on the outside of the English muffin. The staff member never told me how much my order cost, took my card, never gave me a receipt, was unfriendly and said no greetings. I still don’t know how much I paid.

I walked in to a very slippery floor. I've worked in restaurants for over 40 years. The customer area floors were worse than most kitchen floors. No signs anywhere. I said something to the cashier. Her response was, they just mopped to floor. Apparently the new guy, used the kitchen mop in the dining room. Nobody cared. When someone slips and sues, they have recorded video, make sure your lawyer gets it.

Chicken was as brown as the patties, which means it’s old. Patties are old as well. Employees don’t care about quality or making fresh batches of chicken or hamburgers. Managers look like they don’t even want to be there. Lazy and slow moving. Rude attitudes. Normally it’s the better of the Wendy’s but I suppose you should fire and hire new staff.

Wow, Wendy’s, you’ve really outdone yourselves. Refusing to serve someone because they rolled up on a bike? That’s not just petty, it’s a blatant example of lazy. Staff behavior ranges from indifferent to outright hostile. The employees go out of their way to make sure you’re aware of how much they genuinely loathe their jobs. If they get ‘too busy’ they won't even take your order. Meanwhile … the manager and several others are sitting on their phones doing nothing while one person is doing everything in the back. Absolutely embarrassing… barely above 1 star online.
