The chicken Asiago club is supposed to have bacon on it, or am I thinking of something different? I just waited almost 20 minutes on two Asiago clubs just for them to come to me with no receipt, and only cheese and lettuce with the ranch. That’s missing bacon and tomato right? Almost 16 dollars feels sorta steep on two chicken sandwiches to be missing the element that makes them expensive (bacon). On a positive note though, the chicken was at least hot and fresh considering the long wait. This Wendy’s almost always forgets to make things the right way. Has been like this here over a decade

Went there on a Sunday around 12:30 pm. Line around building for drive-thru. Went inside. Only TWO people working so we left. Tried again about 5 pm. A couple of cars in drive-thru and each car had to pull forward and wait for their food to be brought out. Went inside to order ours. Still took ten minutes but it seemed that there were 5 people working then.

Went through drive through today for two meals and two kids meals.
waited 30 minutes for food. There was only 3 cars in front of us. Numerous cars behind us got their food and left. first time and last time here.

The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit was good although the biscuit was a bit dry and crumbly. The French Toast Sticks were very good although they could use a bit more sugar or cinnamon. All in all, it was a satisfying quick breakfast.

Stopped at the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks and 3 cookies. Told had to wait 3 minutes for cookies. Told to pull up and they would bring them out 15 minutes later still no cookies. Everytime I have ever Stopped here it's a problem. Go to Wendy's on Battlefield or anywhere if you want good service. Avoid this place unless you like disappointment. This is my last time coming here.

This Wendy’s was kept nice and Clean. That's good because some Wendy’s aren't kept Clean like they should be. Sadly

May family and I went thru Wendy's drive thru and ordered our dinner 20 min before the store closed. 1st issue was not really a major deal, it was just that we could not order a frosty for the reason they shut it down early so they can get home, stated the cashier. 2nd issue was my main issue. We waited in line for 15 min with only 2 cars ahead of us just to pull up to the drive thru window and was inform they were not taking cash as a payment method at this time. It seemed that the manager pulled the cash draw early so the crew could live right at closing. Where has customer service gone to? At least inform people at the speaker so they don't have to wait.
