Stopped in just to try the new orange cream flavored frosty. The wife got one but I stuck with chocolate. The orange was rather runny but did have a pretty good taste. The chocolate was it's usual wonderful. Glad I stuck to getting it. Nice visit overall.

I have been here a few time in the last couple weeks. I don’t understand when no one is in the drive thru and they aren’t behind on orders why do I need to pull forward for you to walk my order outside. If you mess something up then I have to park or come back around and get it fixed. No reason to have cars move when you don’t even have another car pull up.

First I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my salad which they forgot to give me. The chili tasted weird, I know what Wendy's chili should taste like. I ordered a single with no cheese and guess what it had cheese stuck to both sides of the burger. The junior cheeseburger was so dried out and black, see picture. $42 and I certainly was not satisfied will not be back.

This is the third time I’ve received my DoorDash with the receipt of my purchase, but not all of the food that was purchased. No, it wasn’t the driver that took the food, it was the lack of attention to detail of the supervisor not inspecting the accuracy of the order before it leaves the restaurant. Wendy’s, your personnel need to verify. Come on, it’s not that hard.

This has to be THE MOST rude, obnoxious, smartmouthed, attitudinal people I've ever experienced within the food service industry. Usually, it's the afternoon and beyond shift. Whether it's within the restaurant or drive-thru, it doesn't matter, they have horrible attitudes and I wish they'd shut it down or hire ALL new people. I don't trust them with my food at all. I will never go back there, they don't deserve my business. They come onto the speaker in the drive-thru with an attitude for no reason, it's horrid! Find a new job if you don't want to be there! A person could be having a great day, and after dealing with these people, your entire day is ruined. Wendy's never use to be this way, and really, this location is the issue. It's very bad and even my family and friends have complained about this location. We won't go back.

Absolutely the worst food place around. I have tried coming here multiple times and they are always slow-like it's unreal how slow they are even post covid. The inside is always disgusting. Pretty sure this is an issue of having a bad manager. Close this place down!

Food and service was average. Floor was extremely slippery but was not wet. Told the manager on duty but they acted like they didn't care. They didn't even come around the counter to check it out. Be careful. This was the entire floor in the dining area. Almost fell twice.Wheelchair accessibility: Full handicap accessibility with parking near door. Beware of slippery floor surface.

This is the third time we have been to this Wendy’s and our order has never been taken at the window. Each time, we have waited over 15 minutes and no one comes to take our order. We have been at different times of the day each time. Don’t go to this location.

Just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff at this Wendy's. We stopped here for lunch on our way home to Pa. Like an idiot, I left my handbag and didn't realize until we were 4 hours away. I called and spoke with Ashley, the manager, and after consulting her regional manager, she assured me that they would mail it to my home in Pa. As promised the bag arrived 2 days later with everything in it even my cash. I very much appreciate the staff's honesty as well as how much they went out of their way to help me out. Truly great people. Oh, and their spicy chicken sandwich beats all competitors by a mile.
