Went through the drive through service was a little cold. Shoulder did not seem happy to be there. Fries were good hot and fresh.
And burger, barely worn, not even warm can delve been sitting for a while.. i used to work for our windows. Many years ago.
And this never would have happened

The teenagers at the window said they couldn’t take a 20 because they were low on all cash when she was holding the register and I saw the cash. I wasn’t specific on 10’s, 5’s or 1’s - I guess I couldn’t purchase anything using cash..
Will NEVER buy food from this Wendy's again. Attitude was was plenty, the fries were cold and this location has gone downhill fast.

Drive thru service:
I ordered a taco salad and confirmed it came with chili. When I got home, there was none. I drove back, skipped the order line, and went straight to pickup. Three employees saw me, yet ignored me even after I tapped the horn twice. Only after the third time did someone finally open the window.
The same employee I had spoken with earlier immediately said, “I didn’t bag it,” instead of apologizing. Then another worker, who had been standing there the entire time, casually handed me the chili—it had been sitting on the counter all along.
Mistakes happen. But ignoring a customer, refusing to acknowledge the error, and failing to offer even a simple “sorry” is beyond unprofessional. If this is how they handle a basic order and customer service, I would strongly caution anyone about wasting their time and money here.

Stopped in for a quick meal on a Friday night. Went in, used a self service kiosk. Donnie was the first employee we saw and she was on top of everything, we could tell she cared. We will be back!

Place is hit or miss.
Tonight was a miss for the drive thru.
I didn’t look mobile order. Waited 10 minutes to get up to the speaker and have to wait another 3 to say I have a mobile order. Then they are rolling every car to mobile order parking. So 4 cars deep at this point. They will not catch up.
They surprisingly got my order right. But they are more worried about their timer than customer service

I placed a mobile order for drive-thru. My boyfriend picked it up tonight and upon biting into one of my junior bacon cheeseburgers, I found what looks to be a gray shard of plastic, possibly from a preparation container, in that bite which cut my gum and caused pain. I have two lower crowns that took the brunt of the bite and caused discomfort. Upon calling the location to advise them of the danger of possibly having a broken container in the preparation area, all the woman said was "I am so sorry about that," no offer to replace meal or provide reimbursement or anything. Kinda crazy, if you ask me...Her name was Lia or Tia or something ending in "uh" - it was hard to distinguish. I have emailed corporate because this is just unacceptable.
