Went around 4:15 (pm) ish to dine in, doors were locked
Went in to dining room to order and were not acknowledged by employees to place order. Left after 5min waiting at counter.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Even if you order in the app 10 min ahead of time they turn you in to a parking spot and make wait 10 more. Absolutely ridiculous this is the third time. Never again.

Food was good and fresh , but there were no customers inside but me and I waited 25 minutes when it wasn’t busy . The Coke Zero tasted like lime .

Left this Wendy's about a half an hour ago hoping to grab something quick to eat when I got home. I got the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. I knew they weren't going to be open much later so I didn't mind that I had to wait a little bit figured I was going to get a fresh sandwich just made. So imagine my surprise when I walk in my door and put my sandwich on the table take my first big bite and it's raw in the middle. Second time this has happened I'm just never going to trust chicken from Wendy's again. There goes 13 bucks for nothing

How can you have 1 car in your drive through and need them to pull up and wait. Then because two people are figuring out a order for a job site. The manager is walking back and forth complaining about her drive thru being held up. When antagonized enough to point out the last car has to pull up and wait, it's disrespectful. When it's all avoidable by just having the lobby open instead of only drive thru. At 8 am
The food I got was absolutely terrible. I don’t know why, but my fries were sour for some reason. Besides that, everything else was pretty okay. The only reason why I gave the service and atmosphere a 4/5 is because I came right before closing time, of course the atmosphere and service isn’t going to be the best. At that time, literally no one wants to work, and yet they still gave me my order quickly and correctly, which is something I can respect. And yes, I get that the food may not be the best at 9pm, but it doesn’t excuse my fries being sour, I would have expected them to be cold instead.

Good for a quick bite
I ordered on the app. for dine in. It topk me afew extra minutes yo get there as the bridge was open. When I arrived, I noticed they had my food in a bag even though it said dine in on it.

Staff at drive thru are consistently rude and forget to put items you paid for in the bag.

I would strongly urge anybody who goes to this location to get some food to order ahead with the app unless you want a long, wait time and possibly not get what you ordered or have to repeat your order more than a few times to make sure you’re getting the right stuff
