I decided to choose Wendy's over Chick-Fil-A this morning 2Aug2025 0840. Bad move on our part. Upon arriving to the Wendy's the door was locked. Only had access to the drive thru. I had my little angel so she didn't know exactly what she wanted. I told the guy that was working in the drive thru that we were looking at the menu. He stated his is on a time schedule. I told him again we are still looking. By this time we just made a swift decision. I pulled around to the window and asked the guy if I could add a orange juice to the order. He told me no we don't do orders at window. I didn't receive a receipt or napkins. I understand people that work fast-food don't have the best customer service but you pick your rate you pick your fate. To the owner, store manager or general manager you may want to train this individual working at this location this morning. I didn't receive a receipt so I don't have his name. He had tattoos on his face, so I know you all will know exactly whom I'm referring to. The hot honey butter chicken biscuits and cinnabon pull apart was good. So not all negative.

Went to grab a couple kids meals after gymnastics and two employees were outside smoking pot on break. This place is trashy and I wouldn't trust anything they are making in there. 7:40 30 July

I didn’t get anything to eat here (I am out here for a job) but the manager was so amazing. We stopped here for a bathroom break and ice. They don’t sell bags of ice, BUT that manager didn’t let me walk out the door without giving me three bags to fill out the work cooler. He even came out to the work van and helped me drain and fill up the cooler. Amazing customer service and the restaurant inside was spotless. This is the third time I have stopped at this location in Portsmouth, and they’re always cleaning or just finished.

Went there for a frosty and I was not disappointed. It was great 👍
Horrible horrible horrible. I keep giving them chances and they keep messing up my orders. Does anyone know what goes on a Dave's double? I always ask for no mayo pickles or ketchup. But they either give it to me plain, with mustard, or with just lettuce and tomato. And today was the last straw. I paid for a 10pcs nugget and only got 6!!! Never going here again

Employees were all outside Smoking weed. When they finally arrived back inside to take my order, I was informed that they do not sell Frosty’s after 9 PM when I receive my food my fries and sandwich were both cold. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

Ordered a number eight with no cheese and jelly( only had grape)no prob. Had to wait for potatoes. Got to wrk and cheese on my sandwich and no jelly. So disappointed. I lose, not going to eat it

Don't go here, there's a McDonald's down the road. The employees here don't care about anything. I ordered a baconator with no mayo. I received a single patty burger WITH mayo. I even asked if the baconator was supposed to be one or two patties, they told me it was only one. They probably just gave me whatever they had lying around.
