Don't go here, there's a McDonald's down the road. The employees here don't care about anything. I ordered a baconator with no mayo. I received a single patty burger WITH mayo. I even asked if the baconator was supposed to be one or two patties, they told me it was only one. They probably just gave me whatever they had lying around.

I waited 20 min for them to help the whole drive through line and then got back in the empty drive through and then said they were cooking my chicken... For 20 min. Lol. So much for ordering ahead.

The floor looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days possibly weeks. Tissue was all over the hall leading to the bathroom and the inside of the bathroom made it unfit to use. The nuggets and the burger were over cooked and the bread was stale. The absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been in. I will not return

This is the worst location I have ever visited. Our food order was terrible. I ordered a Dave’s single combo meal and only received the fries and drink. I ordered a taco salad and never got a fork or salad dressing. The chili that it came with was placed upside down and its bag and leaked all over. I received the wrong dipping sauce for the kids meal. I never received a receipt. I called, but no one answered the phone.
This location has terrible customer service... today is Tuesday December the 3rd, 2024.... my husband, my daughter and I went to this Wendy's location looking forward to trying out the new Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger...We went up to the counter with CASH only to be turned away by a regular employee and a manager who couldn't be bothered to come up and talk to us but instead yelled at us from the drive through window.... said that if you need to pay with cash that you must exit the store and go through the drive through...no sign on the door about it and it is very cold outside...we won't be going back there

Just left this location. The chicken on my chicken salad was obviously old, hard, and chewy. The beans in the chili were hard and crunchy, and no condiments I requested were in the bag. I called the restaurant to let them known the chicken was bad and i got hung up on. I hope the health department investigates this place before someone gets sick.

My husband's mushroom bacon cheeseburger didn't even come with a Bun! When I asked for one I was told we ordered it that way, Not! When I again asked for one I never got it. I ordered a Dave's single Hamburger and was served a cheeseburger. I also ordered a sugar free lemonade as I am diabetic. My lemonade came with sugar In it and Strawberries. Not good. Never going back!
