Wicker's Crab Pot Seafood

Ordered the large fried crab n also a fried deviled crab. The batter tasted like it had been fried in burnt grease. The fried crab meat was mushy n not meaty (maybe bc it was imported n not fresh in the month of March) but it was large. The fried devil crab had plenty of meat.

It was alright… fried deviled crabs were good. The fried crabs, the crab Mac n chz, soft shell crabs, were pretty …. Crabby. If you know what I mean…. Tasted like the sea. A lot of breading & it didn’t have the best taste.. The potatoes were kinda bland… the green beans had thick black pepper & some other kind of seasoning that hurt ur teeth when biting down on, idk what they are called but could def leave those nasty things out. They look like little worm shells… spent roughly $90… the hot sauce vinegar combo was awesome it saved alot of the food. Customer service was good.

We had the seafood platter the oyster was delicious but extremely small about the size of a dime, the fish, oyster nor the shrimps were not very well seasoned, please stay away from the Mac and cheese and the fried was overcooked, we will not be returning.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere, great prices! We are so blessed to live in the same neighborhood as this wonderful local restaurant! Every time we visit, we are treated with the best smiles, friendliest welcome, and made to feel very valued and appreciated. If I was to name all the amazing staff who have taken exceptional care of us, you would get tired of reading this review because it would be so long! Welp, my daughter purchased fried crabs yesterday I must say the crabs were big meaty but the batter itself was extremely thick with no flavor I might add. They weren't too greasy but just unflavored batter is not a go for me.

We met some friends here for dinner on Saturday night and were able to make a reservation. No one in our party had been here before. We were promptly seated and drink orders were taken. The menu had a very good selection of seafood and non-seafood items. Most of the seafood was available as broiled, fried or steamed. Our table had scallops, turf and turf (shrimp), she crab soup, and crab dip. Everyone loved their meal and had no complaints or regrets. We wanted dessert but were too stuffed after the main meal. Our waitress and ownership checked on our table several times to make sure we were doing well. There will definitely be a return trip!

Not bad of a place. Not sure why It took forever to eat here. Food, service, and atmosphere were all good. I just don't go out that way much. One of our clients has there team dinner there and I lucked out.

The seafood is not worth what you pay for. I got the 2 broiled crabcakes that were as thick as a McDonalds hamburger patty. BTW, their menu prices on their website are probably from 3-4 years ago, please update your website menu prices.
I gave this restaurant all 1 stars, strangely it shows my review as 5 stars on my review.
