My family has been patronizing this restaurant for years with very few and usually minor hiccups. But unfortunately, I can’t say that we’ll be returning. At most wing establishments when you order more than one flavor, the wings are separated by sauce. And for good reason. Some flavors just don’t mix well, and some people might have sensitivity to certain ingredients. For a restaurant you’d think that’s common practice. Such is not the case at Wild Wing. We got two flavors and they came in the same box without even a piece of foil or parchment paper to separate the two. As soon as we saw the wings we knew something was off. Both sauces had mixed together and created an oily, greasy mess. It was awful. The next day when we called to complain and ask for some sort of compensation, they informed us that there would be no rain check, discount on a future order, or any such courtesy, and that if we wanted our wings separated we had to make that request ahead of time. At that point I might as well go back in the kitchen and prepare my own food if they don’t have understand the concept of cross contamination to that extent. I’m not sure if it’s corporate greed or just piss poor customer service, but we likely won’t be patronizing them again to figure it out.

This is my favorite place to go for wings in the 757. My favorite flavor is the wild West it’s a mix of ranch and garlic and it’s so delicious. The staff is always amazing and the service is always amazing as well. I love Wild Wing Café!

Went with hubby and friends for some wings while they watched some basketball finals. We brought our baby along too. The waitress was a blonde curvy gal, super sweet and very accommodating.
I got the buffalo style wings and the Italian wings. So good. Perfectly crisp and well seasoned. I normally wouldn't eat all 10 wings in a go but they were so tasty I had to eat them fresh.
The place wasn't too busy despite coming in on the weekend. If you are looking for a great bite to eat definitely check this place out.

To go orders come in a giant pile. No organization. Hope you can recognize the wings by site or you are screwed. Some people don't want super spicy food? They get to roll the dice and hope for the best.

I went there today for a simple takeout order of 20 wings (10 ginger & 10 lemon pepper) & 20 wings (all 20 lemon pepper). When I arrived home, the second order only had 15 wings of the 20 I paid for. I regret spending my hard-earned $73 on an order that they “shorted” me on. I will let all my co-workers & friends know about their service. Never again.

Jasmine our server was great, fod came out fast. The atomsphere was great.
Disappointed in tonight’s meal. I returned to Chesapeake after several years and wanted something familiar. Wild wing Cafe had an amazing chicken sandwich that I recommend to everyone. Not anymore. This chicken sandwich has the claim to be one of the biggest and the best and as a consumer I feel lied to. This chicken sandwich was burnt dry and small. I will not return.

This place is an absolute disgrace. There were maybe 3 tables occupied and like 4 people at the bar. There were 2 other to-go tickets along with my ticket and they were still 10 minutes late with my order. If this place is pretty much empty and you are still 10 minutes late with an order then every person working in the kitchen needs to be fired especially the management.

Missed coming here since we moved away over 10 years ago. They did not disappoint. Wings were cooked perfectly. Pretzel bites hot and fresh. Our waitress was top-notch. Kept our drinks full and made sure we were happy with the food served. Will miss you all but will return each time we return to the area.

I planned to host a group of 12 for a birthday party but I got sick the day before. Michelle and Crystal were SO great to work with! They verified my identity and payment information over the phone and via email so I didn't have to cancel dinner plans. When my guests arrived they took the cake and put it in the fridge until it was time to serve. I've eaten here many times and the food is great but today I'm most grateful they went the extra mile to take care of my crew in my absence!! Thank you!!!
