Wild Wing Cafe - Terrible Service and Poor Food Quality
The service at Wild Wing Cafe is awful. I felt completely ignored and abandoned by the staff who should have been serving us. When I had a legitimate issue with the poor food quality, the staff was rude and dismissive. It’s shocking how unprofessional they are.
Honestly, the Virginia health inspector needs to pay this place a visit because the standards seem really low. And don’t even think about getting your food quickly — it feels like it takes 3-5 business days just to get an order.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you’re expecting decent service or food.

They took forever to bring us our food and when they did they they forgot my brother in laws food and we were done eating by the time he got his food. The manager was rude.

This may be the best burger in all Of Virginia! If not pretty much the US. NOT EVEN KIDDING. Perfectly cooked to order, great portion. they provide wet naps for a reason. So juicy! Toppings are crisp and not sloppy! We literally raved about how good it was! I am a small eater, but I finished this! Delicious.

I used to come to place so often. My son and I came in on a slow Sunday afternoon. Server was initially sweet at first then later after she asked if we wanted a box for the not so good food, I said no and she asked if everything taste ok. So I was honest didn’t wanna make a big deal. Then she proceeds to grab a manager and remake the food. Manager never came but removed the wings from the order and promised to bring out new ones. Guess what… the wings never came, nor did she. My son and I sat for 45 mins until I finally just left. I tried to even pay for what was comped and tip her but I guess that wasn’t enough. Won’t be back.

I don't know if it's just me, but lately, it always seems like they are out of something on the menu(this time carrots and tater-tots). Servers need to be trained to listen and learn the menu.
Parking: The restaurant is in a strip mall, so the parking can be crowded at times.
Everyone was friendly, and the waitress made recommendations. The food was delicious. We had chicken quesadilla, 3 flavors of wings and fries.
Parking: Big free parking lot.

Let me say this first! It’s my first time visiting Wild wing. I am an out of STATE visitor! For my appetizer I order Hot spinach dip. The chips were burnt, even tasted burnt in my mouth. I ask the bartender for a fresh basket and he stated all the chips look the same. Now it’s 9:05pm and I’m not understanding why you can’t made a fresh batch if you don’t close until 1am. But thanks for no customer service!!
