Came in around 730pm, drove a good 40min to get there. They only had one other table at the time and they already had their food. We know the deep dish takes about 45min to cook so we had our order ready. We told the waitress that we wanted to place our pizza order first and then place our appetizer order in a few minutes. 20 minutes later we have to flag her down to take our appetizer order. As it showed up the waitress then says that the pizzas are ready and proceed to bring them out. 2 of the 3 deep dish pizzas were made incorrectly. Each had the white sauce instead of the red sauce which was requested. When approached about the mistakes the waitress brought us bowls of red sauce instead and thought that would fix it. And had to be told to refill empty glasses when we were still clearly eating. Overall a very poor experience.

How do I start? The service was subpar, the food was made incorrectly, and didn't receive part of my appetizer. Ordered a deep dish pizza that came with no red sauce on top, thought that's what made it good. And I was right. Cause what they served me was nasty. When let known that it was made wrong, they gave me a bowl of cold sauce. I wouldn't waste my time cause the owners don't care for their customers.

First time here with a girlfriend and my kid. My first impression was that the waitress was having a bad day or just didnt like us. Or they may be short staffed and it wasn't her day.

When she took our order my friend said what she wanted and the server immediately started to walk away. I had to ask if it was ok for me to order something as well for my order to be taken. I guess I have never been to any restaurant that no one cared if I would like to order something. I must have made our server feel uncomfortable.

The thin crust pizza was delicious. My toddler enjoyed her mozzarella appetizer as well. Not greasy, everything was very well done. All I can say is, if you love a proper pizza this is your place and I will leave it at that.

This is the worst pizza I have ever gotten from here. I have ordered here numerous time and have always been happy and not upset about paying $32 for a pizza. The dough was not cooked all the way and the pizza was just a mess. This experience will probably keep me from ever coming back

I've been a customer for windy city pizza at this location for years. I've always done take out. This time we decided to try dine in. We were seated and handed menus and that was it. We sat there for twenty minutes and no one acknowledge us. Not even a "will be right with you", drink order, nothing. Windy City, you've lost a customer for life.

The pizza is very delicious. The largest size with the sauce on top is only a medium but it’s very thick and it’s filling. We ordered pick up online so I’m not quite sure why I had to sign a receipt when I went in to get it? Very unusual as I don’t ever have to do this at any other restaurant when I order pick up online.
We will be ordering the pizza again, it’s a treat.

Service was decent I guess but they took a while to give us our food. And don't try to apply for a job here because they'll tell you there is a position open then about the third time calling that's when they finally tell you the position has been filled.

Pizza is not that great. Mediocre to be kind. We ordered our pizza ahead of time on our way back from Busch Gardens and thought we would just eat it there. When we arrived at about 8 pm (they close at 9) the VERY RUDE woman behind the counter (she was in a pink sweatshirt and I’m guessing the manager) told us they don’t accept call ahead orders and that the dining room was closed in a extremely condescending manner. To be honest, at that point I almost said keep the pizza and l was ready to just leave, but we were hungry and we got our pizza and left. I will NEVER dine at this facility again and I will make sure all my friends know the type of rude service this establishment provides.

We called ahead on our way home from out of town and placed our order and the girl on the phone was very friendly. When we got to the restaurant we asked if we could just eat the pizza there and were immediately and rudely interrupted by some lady (owner? manager?) who immediately started ranting about "WE NEVER DO CALL AHEAD ORDERS ON WEEKENDS ONLY TAKE OUT... yada yada yada it was hard to understand as she was speaking so quick and so flustered." The whole time the girl at the register is just apologizing to us about the situation, "I should have said it over the phone," obviously uncomfortable and clear that this isn't the first time this lady has acted like this. We weren't upset about the policy at all, if she had just calmly said no I'm sorry, our policy doesn't allow for call ahead dine in on weekends I wouldn't be here writing this. IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY, IT'S HOW YOU SAY IT. Leave the customer interaction to you employees who understand how to treat people in a professional environment and stay at the back of the house until you get some training. Pizza wasn't bad, but we won't be back.

This place is ridiculous. We’ve been there literally 5 times trying to dine in. Went there during the day - was told they weren’t seating in the dining room. Went in the evening - said dining room was closed. Went tonight at 7:32 and was told, “sorry our dining room closed at 7:30.” Really? What restaurant closes at 7:30 on a Friday night? And 2 minutes after - and the dining room had tables occupied. Needless to say, won’t recommend this place.

I've never encountered issues with food orders until today's unsatisfactory experience. Traveling over an hour to the Chesapeake location, I placed an order by phone and paid upon arrival. Unfortunately, my Italian Beef sandwich was incorrectly prepared, including sweet peppers despite my clear request for none and hot peppers with cheese. Although the staff offered to remake the sandwich, the owner intervened, displaying an unpleasant attitude and refusing to fulfill my request. Consequently, I requested a full refund and will not engage with this establishment again due to his unprofessional demeanor.
