Monday they offer a 10% discount for military. I ordered and my wife went in to pick it up. I am a 30 year navy vet. They told my wife who has served 28 of those years with me her ID wasn't good enough and I had to go in. They lost a customer and I hope many more after reading this review.

Like Juliet I waited, like Juliet I was left in horror. I have been waiting for my Romeo (Pizza) to arrive for 3 hours. My pizza was good atleast I hope it was, it hasn't been delivered and i've been stood up like a tragic highschool romance film. I know not where it is nor how much longer it will take. My lover (Windy City) usually leaves me with love and joy but tonight i've been left with nothing but agony.To my deep dish pizza, I hope you are doing well wherever you are and like a addict I will wait and hope you'll kiss me awake like sleeping beauty.UpdateBless Ms.Tasha's heart, though the food was absurdly late. It was at the least fresh and the customer help I was given over the phone was kind and understanding.

I remember Windy City as the place to go and the pizza tonight was worse than dominoes!! I hope it was a one time thing, but I won’t be paying that much for a pizza again on a whim.
Amazing! I ordered the thin crust meat pizza(forget what they call it). The crust was flaky and crispy. The sauce was so flavorful. Everything about it was perfect.

Windy City ranks just shy of a "5-star" rating!! My family and I were born and raised in Chicago 'proper'. I say that because sometimes folks say they're feom Chicago, when in fact, they reside outside the city limits in the surrounding suburbs (LOL). Now focusing on the food, Windy City DOES deliver the authentic taste and quality of Chicago-style delights. They could easily earn a fifth star if they didn't consistently overcook our pizzas. Otherwise, Windy City definitely brings the heart of Chicago to Chesapeake!
