This might have been the worst dinner I've ever seen. Soup was flavorless watery noodles. Pizza was awful. Completely awful. We were so disappointed. Won't return again to this location.Update: I just realized that I never updated this review.. they went ABOVE and beyond to fix this and we have ordered from there multiple times since with no issues. Delicious food is back at this location. :)

Visited the Great Bridge location last night for dinner. I must say what a very disappointing meal. Ordered two Caesar salads, soup, and spicy rigatoni. Total $66 and some change. Waitress delivered food after a lengthy wait. Had no silverware so waited almost 5 minutes for that Not sure what is happening at this location but I won't be going back. Seems they are very understaffed and unorganized.

Service was excellent as I was the only one in there.. I went soon before closing on a weekday...Prices at much higher now, as with everything.. but food was great.Unfortunately, the restroom smell still is an issue.. They have tried everything but can't get rid of it...I think they should contact the city.. as they are tax payers, and this issue seems deeper than just on the surface.. (just my opinion)..
Dietary restrictions: Regarding calories... Yeah, this is probably not the place... Although they do have salads!! Not sure about other dietary restrictions..

Delivery was expected for 7:30-8:05 and we just got our food at 8:45. The poor delivery driver was their only driver and she was so apologetic even though that’s poor . We have a margarita pizza with no cheese and a salad with nothing but the lettuce.

First time going to Ynot. The location was amazing, staff friendly, and good food. I had the build your own pasta dish. I did fettuccine noodles, alfredo, broccoli, and grilled chicken. It was wonderful...not the best I ever had but no one can beat my grandmother's hometown Alfredo, haha.
I will be the first to say that this Ynot has had some issues previously with food and service. I guarantee you should try it again! The new manager is fantastic and runs a tight ship. She is quick to make sure the food is top notch. We meet there monthly and have been more than happy with the kindness of the servers and the quality of the food since she has taken over!
