Stood in lobby for 5 mins by myself at 3:42pm and no one would come up to ask me my order or even acknowledge that a paying customer was there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Food is always tasty. Tonight had to be one of the slowest experiences I have ever had. 2 people working front counter and took a minute to be greeted. A few people in the back but only one person actually making the food. From order to getting my food for dine in was 25 minutes. And dinner room has not be cleaned in sometime. Has to be better managed.

Zaxby's has changed drastically for the good. Within the last month and half, my wife and I were assisted by Joshua Bryant. He has made this store the best in customer service and always accommodating customer's that he comes in contact with. He is good management material and should be promoted to manager.
Joshua always remembers customers, even if they show up just once before. The last time we were in the store, we ordered our chicken sandwiches and he saw us waiting and told us to have a seat and he will bring it out to us personally. Once the order was completed, he did bring us our order and apologized it took so long to get it prepared, because they wanted to make a fresh batch of chicken to prepare our sandwiches.
There should be more personnel like Joshua. Please promote to manager!

Overcooked chicken tenders and extremely salty. We couldn’t finish meal and we drove along way to try this place to return for a new entree. Some things on the menu weren’t available. Dining room closed on arrival even though it was early.

This is the only location I've ever been to that I haven't enjoyed. Three times we have ordered food from here. Twice we received the wrong order, and the last time the wings didn't even deserved to be called that. They were fried beyond all recognition, and didn't have enough sauce to wet a napkin.

Dinning room closed and you're forced to wait in line for your food even if you've ordered ahead. They're definitely the opposite of fast food. If chick fil a was open on Sunday I definitely wouldn't be sitting in this line
What’s going on with this location? I pull up to the drive thru, keep in mind it’s not busy at all, and one person being serviced at the window, and I wait at the microphone for what seemed liked 10-15 min with nobody saying anything but one moment. Two cars actually pulled up behind me, and they waited also and then pulled off. After another 5 min of waiting , I say hellooooo, & then the lady comes on the mic, sounding like she was out of breath? I pulled off as I no longer felt comfortable ordering from here. A very strange experience, I rarely come here I just had a taste for it but I won’t be returning, this is unacceptable for a restaurant not busy and not close to closing time at all.

Our first time going to Zaxby’s and our last time. We couldn’t read the sign because it wasn’t lit. A long wait and disgusting food. They put our spicy chicken and original chicken sandwiches in the wrong packages. The sandwiches were SATURATED in an unsavory sauce. The chicken tasted like the oil was past it’s prime.
