I ordered a 1/2 grinder with only light mayo and light lettuce. I specifically said NO ONION OR TOMATO. While i didn't explain that in allergic it should matter why i didn't want. Guess what i got it anyway. If i get a reaction my family will be contacting your owner and lawyer. Get off your phone and pay attention!

The prices have gotten out of hand. Every time I go in there the price has gone up. Almost $14 for one whole regular sub (not a specialty sub). Also, it is very rare that they'll answer the phone. They just let it ring and don't care. The subs are good don't get me wrong, but the price should be $9.99 before tax max.

They need to either close this place or get new managment. This is the 3rd time i went to get a philli and cheese and either the grill is closed or they are out. If you cant keep the grill on till after 8 and not close it by 6 then stop selling grilled items

Restaurant was kind of scary walking into with alot of people hanging out front of the door. Restaurant decor is really outdated, No A/C. I was look at the menu & employee was rolling her eyes as if I was taking along time. I was the only was in there. I ordered the Philly Steak with fries. The fries tasted freezer burnt. While the steak was full of meat, it was really dry, no cheese or onions. But the meat was good. I probably won't return to that location again.

The workers are rude they half greet you when you come in I had to say something to get them to come help. My order had been ready it was just sitting on their oven, on top of that my food was cold and wasn't prepared the way I asked. Absolutely dissatisfied.
I came in to pick up a doordash order and the lady at the register what absolutely rude. I will not return as a dasher or customer.

The food was disgusting I had a Italian gladiator it was nothing gladiator about that sandwich I usually eat at the one in victory crossing in Portsmouth food be amazing but I live closer to this one just ridiculous all that money for nothing

Came in and got two simple subs, grinder with mayo lettuce onion vin, Ham and cheese with SAME toppings. Neither have mayo, after noticing and asking if she put it on, reassured it was. It WASNT! Neither sub have onion rather tomato. I understand it’s 20 mins before close. But this is a joke.
