I love this place! I have been coming since I was a kid!! The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly/ funny. I hear people complain about the prices but everything is expensive, prices have gone up everywhere. Sometimes it is hard to get the phone answered but they’re usually packed and I understand customers inside come first, it’s not a big deal to me. They will accommodate you with whatever request you have, if they can. I have looked at reviews other people have left and I get it you get upset over things but some people take it too far. I’ve never had a bad experience. They will talk to you, ask about your family and joke with you. I have had to wait on my Philly but I understand as when I’m there thats what most people are getting and I know to get there before 8 or I won’t get one. I have been in there when customers are rude as can be and than handle it better than I would, the customer is not always right. I say that as a customer. Keep up the good work

What a tasty club sub with banana peppers, with a friendly staff. But don't look at the atmosphere, needs a good cleaning.

I ordered a 1/2 grinder with only light mayo and light lettuce. I specifically said NO ONION OR TOMATO. While i didn't explain that in allergic it should matter why i didn't want. Guess what i got it anyway. If i get a reaction my family will be contacting your owner and lawyer. Get off your phone and pay attention!
The prices have gotten out of hand. Every time I go in there the price has gone up. Almost $14 for one whole regular sub (not a specialty sub). Also, it is very rare that they'll answer the phone. They just let it ring and don't care. The subs are good don't get me wrong, but the price should be $9.99 before tax max.

They need to either close this place or get new managment. This is the 3rd time i went to get a philli and cheese and either the grill is closed or they are out. If you cant keep the grill on till after 8 and not close it by 6 then stop selling grilled items
