The workers here are friendly. My order was accurate and I did not have to wait too long. My sub was still warm by the time I got back

Think it was the worst sub I have had there! Always get a grub steak and cheese. Threw 1/2 away. Hardly toasted and didn't seem fresh.

As I walked in I was happily welcomed by the staff. My take out was almost ready and as I was waiting they kindly brought it out to me.

This must be some type of joke,The Zero's on cedar rd shopping complex is serving garbage 7pm Wednesday Oct 2....Compared to the other zeros I've been to im so angry. I ordered a cheesesteak sub and it was not chopped up and only two tomatoes...I have never had such a humiliating experience for $13.00 usd..I'm posting these pictures of an un eaten sandwich..All i did was open it...whoever was working on oct 2nd at 7pm as a cook should be trained properly in order to continue serving food..I'm very disappointed and disgusted I bought 3 sandwiches and the two steaks were the same..ridiculous,seriously I wanted to turn back around but I would need a referee and their would be unsportsmanlike conduct.. Please repeat please..do not support places that could care less about your food..Don't go to this particular zeros...they treated me like road kill.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. I came in to order and the girl behind the counter is scowling when I walk up. I asked for the same thing I’ve been ordering for 2 years for my kids and she says I can’t order that cause there is no button for it. Confused I ask how I’d been ordering that for two years, had the menu changed? She just tells me she can’t do it cause there is no button. Then she rolls her eyes at my child making noise and says to the other guy near the front that he needs to take my order and walks away. This guy then starts being rude asking if I want them to create something new for me. It’s not something new if I’ve been ordering it for almost 2 years now since the place opened. He continued being rude and finally I decided to go to a different location. It’s ok to change things, it’s not ok for teenagers with nasty attitudes to be nasty about it. I hate to have to drive all the way to greenbrier because of the nasty attitude of a few employees. If they had nicely explained the situation I would have been more than happy to adjust. But she was nasty from the moment I ordered rolling her eyes and acting as if I was outrageous for the order. Then the young man was even nastier. You’re going to lose a lot of customers to nasty employees.

New favorite sub place! Ordered a Philly and a grinder with a side of fries, both were amazing and they were $6.25 each. From what I can tell these are 7” half subs 14”+ whole. $13 for 14” of subs is an insane steal deal with how prices have been at other places. I’ve been to a few locations and never had an issue. Even though the grinder was toasted/baked the lettuce was CRISP and not wilted at all. Sub rolls were solid and none of them soggy. The fries were very crisp too and not soggy at all. The paper bags did get soaked through with sweat during delivery but the subs and fries were unaffected and none of it ended up soggy at all. Subs were hot and tasty and the price can’t be beat.

Sandwich was ready, felt Limp and slim. Online menu says with onions, there's no onions, and it's just frozen steak-ums they use. Bread is decent but if you have a craving for a Philly this is the last place in Great Bridge to visit. Jimmy John's would've been far better and cheaper, and I don't even like Jimmy John's. Waste of time and money. Still tipped $2
Wish I could post my picture of it bc it"s disgusting.

First time I’ve ever tried Zeros in my 32 years of life lol. Might be better if you ate in store. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had it delivered so it’s not as fresh as it could be. Portions are great. Plenty to fill up on. Not much for presentation but it’s a sub shop. It’s all about flavor and it has that. Philly steak is really good. Meatball is just good (not the worst I’ve had but not the best) The fries are nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Nothing crazy to write home about but overall satisfaction I’d say 7.8/10.
