Picked up three pizzas and they were terrible. Cheese was rubbery and crust was cardboard. Want to try something other than a chain but will go back to chains after these.

Got takeout. It was a rather big order and it appears the kitchen is not able to manage that size order on a Friday night. While some of the food was OK, my daughter's dish was missing the pasta, my meatballs had a strange taste to it, and a lot of the pasta dishes were overcooked. Gnocchi was mushy. My advice, steer clear unless you go during off hours when they aren't busy. The kitchen was a mess and the cooks were visibly overwhelmed, even though the dining room was virtually empty minus one couple and a couple others waiting for takeout for while over 30 minutes past the the times they told us they would be originally ready. Not worth the wait to spend over $100 for dishes that were questionable at best. Great candidate for Kitchen Nightmares.

I barely even be posting reviews forreal but last night I had the best chicken Alfredo of my whole life I was told it was made by the one and only chef John up at Zinos in Chesapeake. I had to ask what could possibly be the culprit to the level of creamy deliciousness that dish entailed and the staff had the kindness to allow me to meet the man who had created that glorious bowl of warm pasta heaven. John came right on out he wasn’t al-fred-o anything to talk at all and we hit it right off, what a nice glorious man. The last thing he mentioned was something about a candy cane but I was really too entrapped to comprehend where that came from, anyways Go Zinos! I’ll definitely be coming back for more like four times a week and I make minimum wage so that tells you how dope the food is. Also the music selection is 10/10.

I have only been here twice.. Both times are just not good.. Waitress only checked on us twice.. Ran out of our drinks.. Took a very long time to get a refill. The restaurant was not busy at all.. Pizza, the dough was so hard, toppings seemed old, not fresh, and meat almost tasted like it went bad. I am very critical when it comes to pizza.. This is definitely close to the worst I have had.. Went back another night about a year later, and our waitress had family there apparently next to our table and was more concerned with sitting and talking to the. rather than making sure we were good. not to mention it took an hour and a half to get food... the excuse was there was another table with 10 guests. Seems short staffed or short staff in the kitchen. To each their own.. this is just my opinion.

I would say Meatball sub was a 5. It was delicious. The only thing I would say is hold of the salt on the fries. I had to throw fries away, like tasting sea water. No need for fries like that, if in doubt let customers add own salt. I can still taste the salt. The sub was delicious, I mainly ordered for the sub. Order with confidence, ask for not sea water fries. Suggestions - the sub was fabulous, don't kill reviews with totally over m salted fries. Let the sub speak, as long as the fries are cooked. All good. Thanks for the great tasting meatballs sub

Meet a few old friends there. I have major food issues. The server (Squirrel) was so helpful. She and the cook worked together and I was able to eat excellent grilled fish and a baked potato. The others in my party of 7 also commented on how good their food was. Our server was amazing! Squirrel (Brianna) took excellent care of our table. She was backed up by Lisa. Two great servers

My parents used to go here when they were teenagers and now i do with my boyfriend/whatever family i’m with. I love how nothing is super modern and there’s a comfy feeling to the restaurant. It’s almost frozen in time it seems which makes me over the moon happy. The trivia cards are my fav. Our server Lizzie (im sorry if it’s spelled differently !!) did an amazing job and was super nice/personable. She was quick with drinks and continued to make sure we were taken care of along with another waitress who i sadly did not get the name of but she had a pony tail with pretty bangs so whoever she was did awesome as well. Lizzie made our experience 20 times better along with the other service staff as well. Our food was great as well and i will be coming back once again in the future (of course !!) :)
