Hadn’t been to Brock’s BBQ in many years, so decided to stop in for dinner being in Richmond for a visit. The food was great, the waitress smiling and very helpful. I’d recommend Brock’s to everyone for good food and laid back atmosphere.
Extremely poor and rude customer service in your drive-thru tonight. Ordered a party pack over the phone, went to pick it up and there were no buns in the bag. Cashier claims I substituted the buns for hush puppies AND added another order of hush puppies. No, I didn’t; I added an order of hush puppies on the side. Whoever took the order made a mistake.
