I went for the first time yesterday and I was hoping to be pleased. It’s a soul food place so I had certain expectations. The employees were very nice.. I ordered the hamburger steak. I was expecting real ground beef, etc, but what I got was maybe a 1/3 lb beef patty. You could still see the mechanical press marks on it. Definitely not what I consider soul food. Maybe I’ll try another item to give a 2nd chance…I’m not bashing the place at all, but I have to admit, I was...

Everything was really tasty. Had the meatloaf (never had meatloaf before. Very good). We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and seasoned perfectly. The fried okra was delicious!!!!

Took my family for Father's Day. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful. The girls working there were helpful with food options and recommendations. The pies were my absolute favorite. Would definitely recommend! We will be back 😀
