Panera, this is not the first time I have received my orders unsealed. It is crucial that precautions are taken, especially when there are children we are buying food for. We don't know who is delivering our food. Otherwise, Panera should consider withdrawing the service from DoorDash to ensure customer safety.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Asked for a sliced bagel and hot chocolate. Paid at the window and left. Didn't look at my order or tasted my drink until I got to work. When I looked the bagel was sliced wrong/off and the hot chocolate was WHITE barely any chocolate in it! I called the store asking them for a refund spoke to REFHMI, she stated I had to bring the order back just to get a refund. I told her I was at work, that's not possible. She pulled up my order and literally repeated it back to me, so if you can see it in the system, you can refund it. She then told me the staff said they put chocolate in it and it's on the bottom of the cup. Not true because I already got a spoon and mixed it thinking the same thing and it still tasted like warm milk. I told her this, her response was well you need to bring it back to get a refund. Girl. (What part of I'm at work don't you get). She didn't come up with any alternatives, apologies or just given me a refund. I told her I even have pictures of the drink and bagel! Nothing. Couldn't have cared less. I ate my distorted bagel. I poured out the warm milk drink and the cup was clean, no chocolate residue.

I haven't been in awhile because I had been disappointed, and this time will be my last! I loved their French Onion Soup, thought "how could you go wrong?" I will ytell you how,,,1/2 bowl at $8.00 for starters, shreds of cheese, barely melted or warm, and six croutons! I am done, too many places to go these days, sorry Panera!
Me and my husband came in and ordered our food for a take out order and both of our soups were complety cols just like they didn't care and just threw it together right before close the store was dirty and I've ate at this panera for a long time and I don't know if management has changed or what but it has changed for the bad.
It's Panera. Clean, stocked, and the food as fine as anywhere.

Yuck. Smoothie was warm. Mobile order was not ready. Took another 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. Good was not tasty. Not a great experience. Come on Panera. Lucky we were just passing thru. Would not stop here and don’t recommend anyone else stopping at this store.

Without a doubt the worst panera I have ever had - I’ve given it 3 chances and I am done!Almost always out of breads, sandwiches are thrown together, items missing, the wrong sides, if you request an item to be removed it’s always on there (even if you’re allergic)

Kiosk was not able to read gift cards. There was no staffing available to take an order, my salad that I usually order, southwest, was lacking several ingredients and very bland.
Forgot the protein in the sandwich twice.
