This is probably one of the dirtier Paneras I’ve visited. The 10+ flies swarming around the kitchen/pickup area is unappetizing. Floors in both the restaurant and bathroom were filthy.
I ordered a cup of soup and half a grilled cheese. The order took almost 30 minutes to make. They were not busy. They handed me my food and never even spoke. The cheese was wrong. That Panera has horrible service.
