“Had a lovely, unexpected visit here this week. I was in the area for an appointment and needed a quiet place to stop, catch my breath, and regroup. I wasn’t feeling my best, so it was such a pleasant surprise to discover this spot.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was positive, uplifting, and comforting. Sometimes the places you stumble upon unexpectedly end up being exactly what you need. I’m grateful I found it.“

“A little on the pricey side but food was so good, its like I cooked it myself. I was very surprised and happy about that. Usually going out to eat isn't as good as home-cooked meals. Staff was very friendly and even though its not sanitary in my opinion, they have a sitting area with a bunch of children's books and toys for little ones. They even printed out holiday themed menus for children with coloring page on the back. We plan on coming here again.“

“Tbh, I recommend everything! We met her at NuVegan about two weeks ago, and was thoroughly impressed! She had samples that inspired us to buy about five products. But wait, we ordered (sea moss & brownies) yesterday, and she delivered by hand today, all the way from Richmond to Newport News!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Try it, you’ll love it!“

“The manager helped us out a few weeks ago when my mom and I were travelling from NC to DC. I was tired and messed up the order on the kiosk. It was completely on me but when the manager heard what happened she still corrected our order immediately and gave us no grief. The whole team was super sweet and helpful and it was such a appreciated gesture in the middle of a long drive.“

“I've visited this Panera Bread several times now, and the food quality has consistently been good. Ordering through their app is convenient, and my orders have always been ready in a timely manner. I also appreciate that there's usually plenty of seating available inside. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend this Panera location.“
