Always a pleasant experience dining there and I especially like Sunday brunch time. There's a variety of good food to select from and the shrimp egg rolls and fried chicken on the side is a bonus to me.
It had been years since I ate at Peking in Chester so my friend and I decided to have lunch there this past Sunday. They had the buffet set up but they also offered the option to order from the menu. We opted for the buffet. There were plenty of selections to choose from. However, the veggie egg rolls were extremely greasy. Four things disappointed us at Peking Restaurant in Chester yesterday, June 29, 2025. We were there for Sunday lunch. (1) The only option was buffet. Customers cannot order from the menu, which is what we planned to do. (2) The bill for two people was $58.38. Before the pandemic, we were able to order from the menu. Two people could eat for $20.00 with leftovers to take home. (3) Gratuity was already figured in. We were unable to make our own decision about the amount of the tip....
