My 9 year old Granddaughter and I went here on a Saturday. She ordered 3 different goodies (a cookies and creme cake pop, a brownie, and a big chocolate chip cookie) and an iced coffee drink....not sure what it was called. It had extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream. I tasted it, and it was delicious. I had a piece of walnut loaf bread and a hot coffee drink that had cinnamon in it. I can't recall the name of my drink either. I wish I had gotten the same drink my Granddaughter...
I would give five stars because this is a great Starbucks, however eight out of 10 times that I go there they don’t have something whether it’s a flavor for a drink or a food item. So that is very frustrating and I am sure this is not on the restaurant because it could be due to a shortage, but When things are missing, it is frustrating as a customer if that’s something you want and they never have several items that I order each time I go. For example, today they did not...
It appears this is a newer Starbucks location. As with any Starbucks, you generally know what to expect, but the customer service I received was exceptional. This positive experience with the staff is the primary reason for my 5-star rating.
