The Taphouse at Rivers Bend - Craft Beer Bar Chester VA

This is a cute little pub with character, surprisingly good eats, and charming service. Don't expect lots of healthy food options. However, if you're in the mood for spectacular wings, fish n chips, or other fried pub selection, check them out. The service was outstanding. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I can imagine it could get crowded very fast on the weekend; it's a small spot.

Great customer service and friendly staff

Small neighborhood bar. We didn't get any food just enjoyed the wide variety of beers on tap. It was a good crowd being both karaoke night and the Saturday before St. Patrick's day. Despite being crowded the service was great, the beers were cold and the crowd was friendly and supportive of the singing. We had a lot of fun.

Unexpected hideaway in retail plaza. Be sure to give it a try.

This place is the absolute best. I came here with my dad and Amber went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Hell yeah Amber and we will be back soon!

Great Bar, great Employees

The Cuban tacos were very good and the selection of beer was outstanding, but the loud disparaging remarks about our president by the very liberal staff was off putting. Read the room folks.

I didn't bother pulling out my camera.........the venue is decent ( clean, and quaint) But it packed a theme, personality. Just like our bartender/ server/ chef, all of the above. My fish tacos and fries was delicious, but the glass of water---- I didn't touch! It came from. The hand sink right beside the bottle of all purpose cleaner. Parking was wonderful. As it was right off the main Rd.

We enjoyed a beer on the deck on a nice evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pub fare, small selection but exicuted well.

Staff was great fun place to go had a few beers maybe a few too many. Great atmosphere cool people great patrons.
Had the pierogies would not recommend.

Good food and better beer. ?

Went in for lunch to grab a basic BLT and it was absolutely horrible. The only good experience was the football games the nice guy behind the counter and the fries.

Awesome selection of unique beer with a super friendly staff. It really feels like your neighborhood bar, even if you're not a regular, with the bonus of craft beer.
