An online order this morning to be ready at 12:45pm. I go in to pick up my order was not acknowledged at all. After standing there for over 5 minutes I asked at the register the status of my order. I was told they turned off the online order system. But a Caucasian gentleman came in and picked up his online order. I asked was it because I was black. Really disappointed this morning after coming to this location. My first time coming here since the renovations so I was a little excited. Interior is beautiful, it’s just the nasty customer service that makes it ugly. I walked in made eye contact with the gentlemen upfront and he immediately turned his head.
