I visited this store on Monday April 15 and immediately there was no welcome, no eye contact,no "we're a little busy we'll be right with you . I stood in line about 7 or 8 minutes before the first guy finally came over with a very nonchalant attitude asking If I was ready . I asked how everyone was he responded with a nonchalant "good..you ready" still no eye contact while he took my order at all. There were 4 or five workers there and none of them showed eye contact or were they courteous AT ALL. I will not be coming back here ever because it's not a welcoming location. Also, in your response to my claim ,I do not wanna hear how you're sorry about my experience just deal with your staff and teach them how to deal with every week customers so the next person can have a better experience please. Once again I won't be coming back to this location ever nor will I send anyone, the energy sucks there!!Harry

Purchased through online order 1 smoothie said it be ready at 7 15pm got there multiple people waiting only two people working watched guy make my smoothie no gloves only.fruit water and ice no juice he was takin jug to sink and filling up with water it tasted like water and waited 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there save your money and time and go to the one on ironbridge.

I have gone to other locations and got the Acai Bowls filled to the top! My bowl was half filled and I could not eat the Acai part because it was still frozen after 45 minutes. I was in between appointments and thought I could easily eat it on the go as I did at the other locations. I should have gone with a smoothie but did not think the bowl would be such a disappointment!

Felt unwelcome, felt more like we were a bother. No “hello” or “how are you” just “are you ready to order”? Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Didn’t even wipe the cup when they saw the excess smoothie on the side. I’ll never come back. I understand people have a bad day, but no reason to take it out on others.

This is a response to Nicole reed. Girl I went out there this morning as well. I had a pickup order and the place was closed. I went up to this lady car asking her did the times change or did she know what time the place open. The way she responded and her attitude, I already knew she was probably a worker. She said she was waiting for a “Key”. So thanks for confirming she was actually a manager !! That’s beyond crazy y’all should not be accepting orders online if y’all opening 1 hour late!! Imagine if they had 20+ pickup orders and the place was closed… ridiculous and they need to fix their attitudes.

One Life To Live

Multiple occasions I’ve come to this location after 7am and the store is not open and today I come and the manager is sitting outside in her car never once got out as she watch me go to the door. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review and she is still in her car: I’ve watch several cars drive by looking to see if it’s open and she still sits in the car. On top of the unprofessionalism this is a bit ridiculous and I will no longer be visiting this place!

Honestly will never return to this location. I go to a couple of the locations near Midlothian for lunch frequently and have never had such a ridiculous experience in my life. I popped in the Chester one otw to work because I was running 30 minutes early. I figured I would have an açaí bowl for breakfast before my 12 hour shift. I waited a little over 20 minutes before finally speaking up and asking the status of my order while watching an employee try to squeeze 2 empty honey bottles for 3 minutes to top off one fruit bowl. One of the employees put my order in the designated “mobile and app pickup” area and stated that’s where all orders go, even though i watched them hand out smoothies for 20 minutes before receiving my order. Zero customer service. Employee seemed too lazy to replace the honey to streamline production. Made me late to work. Oh yea, I drove off in a rush because now i was late and of course there was no spoon in the bag. Will not ever spend $10 on a melted bowl with barely any honey that didn’t even come with a spoon again. $10 for half a açaí bowl is laughable. I am appalled at the lack of customer service in this type of setting.
