This is a response to Nicole reed. Girl I went out there this morning as well. I had a pickup order and the place was closed. I went up to this lady car asking her did the times change or did she know what time the place open. The way she responded and her attitude, I already knew she was probably a worker. Multiple occasions I’ve come to this location after 7am and the store is not open and today I come and the manager is sitting outside in her car never once got out as she watch me go to the door. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review and she is still in her car: I’ve watch several cars drive by looking to see if it’s open and she still sits in the car. Felt unwelcome, felt more like we were a bother. No “hello” or “how are you” just “are you ready to order”? Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Didn’t even wipe the cup when they saw the excess smoothie on the side. I’ll never come back. I understand people have a bad day, but no reason to take it out on others.
