Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Stopped by tonight at this place since hubby was craving some wings and the new management was so heartwarming and love able!!!

First time in this Zaxby's. Ordered a 4 pc and 5 pc finger plate and the chicken was fresh and hot. The service was quick and professional. The dinning area was neat and clean. Will be back next time I am in the area.

Save your money!! If you like to spend your hard earned money on cold nasty chicken then this is the place for you. If you’re like me and want to not waste your money STAY FAR AWAY! I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to get cold wings, watered down coke & freezing toast! 3rd time getting cold wings! I’m livid & im done with this place!!! 🤬😡 God don’t like ugly and this Zaxbys at this rate will be closed in no time!! Do Better!!

I always return around once a week and always go through the drive through. I have been visiting this site since their grand opening. I want not only the customers but management to know as well. Alex is a great man and is always kind, helpful, and courteous. He always greets with a smile and provides quick and pleasurable service. He always ensures the order is correct before taking payment and overall is a great team member. I have managed multiple locations at my work and i’m now a customer service/data transfer analyst. If Alex ever put in an application at my job I would be honored to have him, I very much hope Zaxbys feels the same way.

This location is a step below other Zaxby's locations. The counter team struggled with communication and effective team work. The food was good, but Raising Canes has eclipsed Zaxby's in my pecking order for chicken finger meals.

The staff was fantastic! Super friendly, patient, and helpful. This is the first time I've eaten at any Zaxbys, and I wasnt that impressed actually. Overpriced, small portions, just not worth the money to me. Applebys has a crispy chicken salad for the same price that is a larger portion, better quality ingredients and plenty of dressing. I probably won't go back to that or any other Zaxbys.

First time visiting Zaxbys. I ordered the chicken finger basket and sadly I can’t give this review 5 stars. The chicken fingers weren’t piping hot. They were kind of like lukewarm. The french fries were OK and seasoned pretty well. To my surprise, the coleslaw wasn’t bad at all now the toast on the other hand question mark. I’m not exactly sure why you get a slice of toast with your chicken tenders but my toast was chewy so I’m not sure what that was all about. I’m not sure if there’s a certain time a day that you should go to these fast food restaurants to get nice hot food but this is my honest review and I’m not exactly sure if I’ll return.

Went new years to get a big zax box and they had the doors lock a hr and 20 min. Before they were due to be closed. We were able to get inside and get our box but the manger was a little rude when we asked to add to our order something we forgot.

They do not open at 10 am

Salads are phenomenal. Chicken is crispy on the outside & juicy inside. Zaxby's sauce is one of a kind.
