Night Shift on Sunday 5/3 did incredible on their service and food and service, there was a short lady who was handling orders like a boss and the cooks did their thing, I am so satisfied and not to mention the great quality of the food I received. Everything was perfect, kudos to them and great job for handling it the way they did on a busy night

You can always guarantee something is going to get messed up if you go through the drive-through, the person running the drive-through this afternoon did not pay attention to the person in front of me nor to me and could not focus and get the orders correct.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I do not live in this area and was only visiting to spend time with family, but decided to stop by the drive-thru to grab a quick meal. After leaving, I began eating my fries, and when I got to the chicken, it was clearly old, dry, and not freshly made.

I immediately called the store to address the issue and request a refund, only to be told by the manager, Gabriel, that a refund could not be issued unless I physically returned to the store. At that point, I was already headed home and live approximately 45 minutes away, making that completely unreasonable.

It is unacceptable to serve food that is not fresh, and even more frustrating to be denied a reasonable resolution. Customers should not have to go out of their way, especially when traveling, to correct a mistake made by the restaurant. Very poor service and lack of accountability.

I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and it was hardly any. They also reused old chicken for my sandwich as it was dry and small.

Stopped in for lunch. Service was great and food was served quickly. Enjoyed the Buffalo Boneless wings meal and my grandson got the bacon chicken sandwich.

Highly upsetting because I actually love their chicken, so I’m going to assume it’s just this location. Unfortunately, this is my third bad experience here.

The first time, my food had hair in it. I returned it and they did replace it with new food, which I appreciated.

The second time, my fries were so over-seasoned it tasted like the entire container of seasoning salt had been poured on them. They were completely inedible. I didn’t feel like driving all the way back to return them, so I just took the loss.

Now this time, I ordered 10 wings for $21, and they shorted me on my order. It’s already expensive enough, but not even getting the full amount I paid for is unacceptable.

I really enjoy their chicken, but the repeated issues with food quality and order accuracy at this location are very disappointing.

Went here after the disastrous wendies down the street and it was definitely an upgrade. The store was very well put together and had plenty of room for dine in. The food was good and the employee behind the counter was incredibly informative, I believe his name was Devion or something along those lines. Either way, good location, good food.
