We don’t have Zaxbys where we live just few of the other overrated chicken places 👎🏻. So when we go south it’s always a stop for. We usually go in Florida when visiting family but stopped in Virginia this time on our drive home. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. I think the dining room was the nicest Zaxbys I’ve seen so far! Very clean! Hope we get a Zaxby’s north soon!

Good food, terrible customer service! I went to the window to pay the guy didn’t speak to me at all. And he wasn’t taking a current order. Then I move up to get my food and the lady handing me my food didn’t say a word either!!! Very odd and weird!!! Train your employees to speak and tell people to have a nice day!!! They act like robots, it’s disturbing
Awesome experience! Clean, welcoming, amazing customer service. Very different experience from most fast food places. You can tell the management cares about the restaurant and the team’s development. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service I usually door dash so I wanted to experience going inside… big mistake after the awful customer service not sure I’ll be spend my money with them again

Nice looking building. We placed a mobile order for pickup. We had driven for 11 hours from FL so we wanted to get something quick. We waited about 15 minutes to even get to the window. The woman in front of us was clearly having issues and was being obnoxious. But the employees were very short with us. After 35 minutes or more of waiting, we reached the window and were greeted with “what was your order?” No apologies for our ordering taking so long. Watched an employee walk out and hand food to the car behind us.
As for the food, we had the chicken strips. They were ok. Kind of cold. The toast was soggy. The Zax sauce is essentially the same as Raisig Canes. It was tasty
When you want “fast food” , waiting 35-40 is unacceptable. Smh

I paid for extra bacon on my salad and when I got home I see they didn’t put extra bacon on there! Waste of money and time!
We ordered our food at 3:20pm and we didn’t get it until after 3:57pm even after having to repeatedly tell them our order 5 times over. People that ordered ahead of us also got their food late and still got theirs before ours. WORST SERVICE I’ve had in a long time. If every FAST food restaurant was this slow AI will take jobs in no time. They did offer us cookies because of how slow it was but I really just want my money and time back.

Fast, quick, accurate service. Located right off I-95. So good! The place is clean (inside and outside) and there’s plenty of parking. I would suggest putting a trash can outside so that people do not have to go inside to throw out trash. Additionally, check bathrooms more frequently.
