They didn’t have any pretzels. When we asked, the cashier said, “No, we don’t have pretzels, why do people keep asking me that?” So we bought pretzel bites…and they were burnt.

I am extremely disappointed with the business practices here. They consistently try to save money by giving less food to customers, even going as far as add paper at the bottom of the cup. Today, I purchased two cups of pretzels, and one of them was only half full. It’s frustrating to see such poor service and lack of attention to quality.”

I got the pretzel bites, cheese dip and a drink. The only thing good was the drink. The pretzels were barely warm, they were already sitting in a cup in the warmer when I walked up. They were not fresh at all so they were kind of rubbery. The cheese dip was like gelatin in the cup they gave me. (Prepackaged) I did not enjoy this at all and I was actually looking forward to it. The lady behind the counter was not super friendly either. It was almost like I was bothering her.

Parking: It is inside Walmart so you may not get a spot close at all, but there is plenty of spots.

Kid-friendliness: Inside Walmart so kids would not bother anyone here. It is combined with a Subway.

I’ve never had the best experience with this location. the pretzels are normally cold and the service is not the best i’ve seen. i’ve been to other Auntie Anne’s before and this location is not the best. their lemonade is super good and they always have fun drinks. it’s not horrible, just not preferred for me personally.

Prezels are good when they make them. But i walked in and the cabinet was nearly empty i asked how long would it take to make 3 and she rudely told me shes not making any . I drove extra time to come get a Prezel b.c i was craven one. Ill never goto this one again.

My daughter wanted a pretzel, and she liked the pretzel. The young lady at the counter was very nice and courteous.

If pretzels are not burnt,they are old and cold.

This woman at the cash register was awful and extremely rude, customer service was horrendous. My brother decided to buy some cinnamon pretzels. The pretzels were hard and borderline inedible. The flavor left long ago when we needed it the most. Everything being kept warm was old. Nobody was ordering anything and they kept making pretzels. Next time I'll go to a real Auntie Anne's. Don't eat here if you like food cause it wasn't good

2/3 filled cups of pretzels and totally rude absolutely do not go here, terrible human being running this place, got a refund.

The pretzels weren't as fresh as they usually are. Better to get them earlier in the day.

The customer service is horrible I went in there to get some pretzels and the employee didn’t even acknowledge me when I got to the counter just continued about their day.

First time at this location. No pretzels were made, they had the lights dimmed and no one in that area. I assumed it was closed. Which was a shame because my daughter and I were craving pretzels, and lots of them. Mind you this was at 630pm. Not near closing time. Vey disappointed.

Love the bites with the icing better when you get them fresh and hot

Prezels are good, but the staff is the reason I won't be returning. They are rude and seem like they don't want to be bothered when you approach the counter. I will drive to Chesterfield Towne center before I buy from this location again. SN: CTC is a 25 min drive that I will take over this 3 min drive.
