Morning service/food is great; afternoon they are okay; the ambience of eating inside is phenomenal, love the vibes of the location. I come to this specific location on Krause road often as it is on my commute, staff changes but overall it is consistent with my rating above, most staff are polite and the food is good. When I ask for no mayonnaise there never is. Consistent.

Never received food in under 15 minutes and have about a 50/50 shot of being forgotten and I have to go up and show my receipt to get served. But at least they're consistent with food quality

I placed a simple order an 8 ct Chicken fries, the girl taking my order in the drive thru tonight had a horrible disposition and I changed my mind about ordering anything else. I often go to this locatiin and the staff is usually pleasant.

The food was okay. The flame broiled burger doesn't taste as char broiled as it used to, and it was warm, not hot. I am not a fan of just warm food. Sorry.

Don't be fooled by the nice building. Terrible customer service. Refused to make my mobile order even after showing them my order number and that it was their address I ordered to. Also charged me full price after I gave them a coupon.
