I placed a simple order an 8 ct Chicken fries, the girl taking my order in the drive thru tonight had a horrible disposition and I changed my mind about ordering anything else. I often go to this locatiin and the staff is usually pleasant.

The food was okay. The flame broiled burger doesn't taste as char broiled as it used to, and it was warm, not hot. I am not a fan of just warm food. Sorry.

Don't be fooled by the nice building. Terrible customer service. Refused to make my mobile order even after showing them my order number and that it was their address I ordered to. Also charged me full price after I gave them a coupon.
As far as burger King goes, the service here is extremely friendly.
My only complaint about the food or atmosphere is that they have a promotional Frozen drink and can't make it because their 'machine is down'. This irritated me. It's not the first time at this location I've been unable to order a promotional item because of a machine breakdown, being out of stock or simply 'we don't have that'. Then why is it on the sign?
All in all still one of the better BK.
