Morning service/food is great; afternoon they are okay; the ambience of eating inside is phenomenal, love the vibes of the location. I come to this specific location on Krause road often as it is on my commute, staff changes but overall it is consistent with my rating above, most staff are polite and the food is good. When I ask for no mayonnaise there never is. Consistent.
Never received food in under 15 minutes and have about a 50/50 shot of being forgotten and I have to go up and show my receipt to get served. But at least they're consistent with food quality
As far as burger King goes, the service here is extremely friendly.
My only complaint about the food or atmosphere is that they have a promotional Frozen drink and can't make it because their 'machine is down'. This irritated me.
