Majority of the time I’ve been here, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Whether it’s forgetting to put food in my bag, or just straight up giving me wrong food. They need to train their employees on IPOS better, and have them always repeat orders. I notice at other CFA they do but not at this winterpock one.

Just got back from chick fil A the took my order and gave the wrong meal really this is sad first and last time omg and also a very long line waste of money and time

My family and I order from chickfila once a week every single week and have for years. The last SIX weeks in a row something has been wrong with our order every single time. It's gotten ridiculous. Does anyone double check the order before putting them out? We always go to this location. It used to happen once in awhile and on occasion I might email about it. But now it happens every single week. The last time I emailed, the manager emailed me to tell me that I should be checking my order before leaving the store. (I was getting home and realizing something was left out.) Okay... I think the employees also need to check the order but I did what he said and started checking before I walked out and again, every week for 6 weeks now something has either been completely missing or made incorrectly. More often, something was completely missing. It's one thing to check to make sure everything is in my order before I walk out the door. I should NOT have to open all 5 sandwiches prior to exiting to make sure they are prepared correctly... which has also been a prpblem lately. This week, my son's sandwich was missing all the extras we paid for. I had checked for all items but, no, I did not open the sandwiches before I left because that is ridiculous. His package even had the correct information on the bag but wrong sandwich. 6 weeks in a row. Our weekly order may need to stop until people start checking their work.
But more than that, I think upset about the fact that the manager basically blamed me for not checking my order prior to leaving instead of taking responsibility for the fact the staff is frequently getting orders wrong. This location may have a 4.5 star rating but scroll through and read all the recent posts about incorrect orders and missing items.

I went to this location tonight around 7:30pm to treat myself. I always go through the drive thru because my lunch break is only 30 minutes but tonight I decided to go inside because I seen there was only about 2 people in line waiting. There was only one cashier working the frontline. It started to get busy so another staff member came to help. After standing in line (only for a short time) I went to his (Frank) register. I ordered a strawberry milkshake that’s it. I then realized I left my wallet home. I apologized to Frank & said to cancel my order, I’ll be right back. He then said don’t worry about it, I’ll pay for it & he did exactly what he said. I said all of that to say this. You never know what a person is going through or if they had a bad day. Sometimes all it takes is a smile or just being KIND! Today Frank did both, gave a smile & went above to be kind to help someone out. We need more Franks in the world to give a smile & kindness. Thank you Frank for being who you are!!

Unbelievable, I order a No, 1 combo Plain only cheese n bacon n they bring the WRONG sandwich TWICE, I lost my lunchtime waiting for wrong sandwiches n they never apologized or bring the correct one,,, You just lost a client,,, NEVER AGAIN.

As a lot of families do, we get chil fil a delivered all the time from here. The chicken, unfortunately, is frequently soggy or oddly 'off'. Not sure of the fryer oil isn't getting changed enough or if the breading isn't sticking or something. Something's not working right. Also the in house is incredibly slow compared to door dash. Seems worth hiring more drivers given the huge demand.

mobile through is always slow but i counted 12 cars that went through the regular drive thru lane with there food before i got my order which was a large sweet tea and 10 chicken minis… the car behind me also got there order before me and they blamed the delay on “miscommunication of the order of cars in my lane”

It's odd to me that driving around Richmond you can go to almost any of these and expect the same level of service however, this particular location does not seem to have the same bar. In the past few months I've yet to get an order with any level of accuracy. Missed sauces and straws happen and life goes on, but to miss entire entrees, charge for Mac n cheese sides and not even have them in the bag or give fries. Constantly forget drinks, sizes and desserts is just awful. Tonight will be the last time we order here which is disappointing however, I'm tired of spending money only to be disappointed.

I love chick fil a but it was sad when I opened my order, my chicken sandwich had only 1 bun, the top bun was missing. The fries were as salty as can be. Very sad, I hope this was a just An accident.
