Very well run Chick-fil-A like many others. There were a lot of kids in the playing cage so it must be very popular among the youngest. Parents are very patient and very gentle. So it’s very pleasant experience even with the packed location.

I really hate to do this because I love Chick-fil-A, but it has been a week of reaching out to Chick-fil-A and NO ONE has called to apologize or even make this right! I amDisgusted! I bite into my chicken sandwich and this purple mushy stuff is just sitting here! I spent my money on this and couldn’t even get an apology. I even called the care team and no one has reached out. Just look at these pictures. Todd Mercer you ought to be ashamed because this represents you and you could be a little concerned about people who spends money at the restaurant you are over!

Was in the line before two people. Conner took the first order while I waited for him to complete the others before even acknowledging I was in the other line. I told Conner I was here before all the cars and he said one second ima get to you when I’m finished with these orders. Very unprofessional.

I dined in for the first time in 5 years. As usual fast, friendly service. Hot tasty food. Although my sandwich was smaller than in the past, it was still good. Dining area is constantly being cleaned. I felt comfortable inside.
