The service was quick. The cleanliness of the counter was about a 7 out of 10. The courtesy of the server was about a 7 out of 10. The price is about a 8 out of 10. Atmosphere was good.

Today we ordered a veggie bowl but they put beef in it .. zero serving sense they use same utensils to make food for everyone we are pure vegetarians and they put beef in our order.. how disgusting

It’s a brand new location and it looked like a tornado ripped thru dining room.. every single table was dirty .. napkins all over floor ..straw wrappers on floor.. maybe 6 employees all looking at one guys phone .. Latino girl was only one working .. cleaning bathrooms… they hire all teenagers so it’s no wonder the place hadn’t been cleaned all day. I was there at 8:00 pm … no customers except me so there was plenty of time to clean the tables at very least .. food was okay a little old but I can’t expect much from teenagers…needs older employees and definitely needs an adult manager on every shift… if there was one there that night…
he/she needs to be fired.

Service was trash from the moment I walked in the door. The girl was rude and clearly hated being there. It’s the holidays I get it, but sheesh. They hardly had anything from the menu. I wanted to leave as soon as she said it but I had some where to be. It was dirty and there were no napkins in sight. I’ve never been to a Chipotle where I regretted my purchase immediately.

The line was outside the door so I completely understand the concept. When I pay almost $16 for a bowl with double meat, that's what I expect. The meat was a regular scoop chopped into smaller pieces under hidden under an avalanche of sour cream. When I order in person, its different.

Came in to get a late dinner, they don’t close for another hour, they had zero prepared steak and refused to make it. I’m allergic to Cilantro, so I asked for some rice without it which I’ve ALWAYS got, and they had none and AGAIN, refused to make some… saying it’s to close to closing. Meanwhile 2 more customers came in behind me,. They had the ovens off and was basically closed up except whatever was leftover. It’s 10pm on a Saturday, there was no reason to not have things prepared for what’s needed for the day. I’m very disappointed, Chipotle shouldn’t hire a bunch of kids to run a restaurant when they have NO CLUE how to run one. Good thing there are plenty other Chipotle’s. I’ll NEVER go to this location and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else either. They don’t care about the customers. There were 4 people working I could see, and I’m sure a couple I couldn’t see. All getting paid to tell me they won’t make me food…..at a store that’s only purpose is to make people food. I blame management, they hire and train the ones doing that awful job. My next thing is an email to the company. If you can so easily not care about me and the service I’m provided then it’s pretty safe to say they will treat all customers the same. They were all lazy, and lacked any pride or appreciation for their jobs.

Since when does chipotle not allow people to have limes 😒 not to mention rude about it. Lime juice squeezed ontop of a bowl makes it.

Good afternoon, I like the food but the service has much to be desired. The staff rush while they're make your order they're also impatient and testy. Theres a big heavyset guy (young man) behind the counter that's always looking at the customer's cockeyed I believe he's a manager. I will not be coming back.

My 4yrs old almost choked on a chips and they wouldn’t give us water. Claimed machine was broken but seen an old white dude walks up with a cup to go get water to drink

It was chaotic, staff were unhelpful and gave very small portions. I asked for a little extra bc staff were skimping patrons on ingredients as though the extra meat came out of their checks, and the employee was very reticent. A patron behind me told the employee to go ahead and give a whole extra portion of meat bc the amount the employee was giving was so miniscule. The food tasted like it was made with hate and resentment- there was no love for food or service and it showed.

At around 2:15 PM I ordered a burrito for pickup for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:50 PM and it was cold. The employees need to make the food close to the pick up time, not as soon as they get the order. I came 10 minutes early expecting to wait a new minutes. Instead, I get cold food.

Never order online for pickup, we've learned our lesson. Every single time it either missing toppings, toppings we didn't ask for but always consistent on providing half sized burritos/bowls for full price.
