I have tried quite a few options on the menu and have never been disappointed by the flavor. They are always consistent and I continuously notice how above and beyond their team goes for their guests. Even during their busiest times, their team bands together and maintains a high moral and positivity.

As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere wasn’t just warm and welcoming, it was inviting and felt comfortable which is more than most restaurants can say they have. The staff took AMAZING care of us, our server Jewel was phenomenal and Tim was just downright an amazing guy. Our food was ready in record time and was well worth that small wait. It’s safe to say I’ll be coming back here cause it’d be a shame to let such an amazing place sit in the back of my mind.

This horrible experience starts with the only portion of the interaction that went smoothly. I placed an order through the app for three items. The estimated time for the food being ready was a few minutes after 1 PM. Because it was a Saturday and the food has rarely been ready when I arrive, I showed up a few minutes after it was supposed to be completed. Not only was my food not ready when I got there, but also, I had to wait almost another 30 minutes. Status updates were minimal and vague. I was promised a “discount card” for the long wait by the hostess at the front door. Eventually, another employee brought my food to me, and I went home. Upon arriving back home and opening my bag, one item I ordered was missing, another was overcooked, and most importantly, there was no discount card in the bag. I called back and spoke with a manager who was less than accommodating. Both offers he made to correct the situation required me to drive back to the restaurant - neither of which I wanted to do. And to top it off, the hostess lied and said she gave me the card. I was more than patient with them - never cursed, disrespected, or yelled at any of the employees. Basically, I spent $30 on one edible item and got two extras I didn’t ask for: incompetence and a lack of empathy. As of now, all I want is a refund. They aren’t going to get another opportunity to disappoint me again.
