We went there for lunch and the place was packed. The employees were all nice and got us in and out quickly. Great jobs all around.

Saw kaden one of the workers fixing and touching his hair before washing them and put on gloves before making my sub. I asked if he could wash his hands and put new gloves on. Which he did with no issues. An empoyleee named Lexie started laughing and I asked, “what’s funny” she said “I can go down the street to the other jersey mikes. Because that’s funny” Worst customer service for me being concerned about basic food safety at a food place. Won’t becoming back to this location. The assistant manager May did apologize and gave me 50% off sandwich but still…. The kids need more training about basic food safety and customer service.

Not only is the food consistently great, but these people actively support the surrounding local businesses. Any time my wife and I have dined in or taken out, the staff has treated us really well. They are friendly and professional at the same time.

Alyssa and Dawson were our servers. The tables were dirty and I asked to have them cleaned. Alyssa seemed disturbed and in a very rude said something to the other staff. They hesitated and someone eventually began cleaning. We decided to not dine in. My sister wanted lettuce on n her sandwich but the lettuce looked old and wilted. She asked Alyssa about the lettuce however she didn’t get a response. My sister decided against getting lettuce. The overall vibe was very disturbing. I have never experienced this before at this location.

Don't walk in and expect service. They are hyper focused on online orders ALWAYS. Took us 20 minutes to get 3 super simple cold subs made and we were the only people in the store.

I don't know how to feel about this place. The food always tastes good, but what we actually get differs so much. My wife and I just brought our newborn home, and have been using Uber eats this week. Ordered from here 3 times. First time, it was great. 2nd time, it was about half the meat that was in the first one, and then today... I ordered double chicken, and that thing had less chicken then you'd get on a regular order. It's a gamble. Always delicious, but will you get what you paid for? That's the gamble!
