Can't ask to sit at a different table!

We are regulars and everything about Longhorn is great. I think between my Hubs and myself we’ve tried everything on the menu. Must try is adding the crusted parm onto of your steak!! Yum
Only con is we typically go on week nights and several times now we’ve gone on a Sat or Sunday evening and the food steak in particular wasn’t cooked right. We chalked it up to busier times… but every time we’ve gone on a week night foods been excellent which is why I say 5 stars ⭐️

Crowed today due to families celebrating with their graduates. A proud day indeed.
We expected a long wait time time. We ordered the chicken fingers, crispy and requested that they be fresh & hot. They were fresh and hot upon arrival. A bit salty for our taste buds today. The sweet potatoe was hot and fresh also. Tasted as if white sugar was used instead of brown. We didn't finish either. We did inform our waiter.
We werent that hungry anyways. We enjoyed a delicious plant based enchilada later.
We would like to see more menu options here.
A pasta side dish perhaps or a pasta dinner.

Today we enjoyed the most appetizing cheese steak burger, medium well, on the planet. My espousa, who doesn't eat meat cooked medium well, but well done, actually enjoyed the half we shared. A good dining experience indeed. Compliments to the chef & too our server, Kris, whom was outstanding.

They were a little off today. Baked potatoes over over cooked. Couldn't enjoy the entire potatoe. Rack of baby backs not freshly cooked. Over cooked also.

Wonderful service, great food.

It was Mother's Day weekend, very busy, but our server, India, kept us going.

We waited for over an hour to get a table. When we finally got our table, we were placed right over the AC. We asked if they could have the air turned down a little so my family could sit comfortably and enjoy our meals. They stated that they couldn't due to how the atmosphere was. I stated we have a small child and didn't want to get sick. My request went ignored. So we just got our food to go. I was disappointed with this restaurant.
😕 I will not be returning to this place.😒

I never in a million years would have thought to be discriminated against at my favorite restaurant!!!!!! I'm a person who never speak about race but this time it was thrown in my face blantenly!!! The hostess today at about 3:45 was giving so many excuses as to why me and ny family wasn't able to be seated 1st reason she says uhm well we are in the middle of a shift change so I'm not sure how long the table would be available due to cleaning, then she says we may not have anything for a while.....but Caucasian couple comes in and another hostess says we have a seat available for you! It caught me off guard because in my mind im thinking this cant be real!!! I was tempted to ask to soeak to the manager but decided to say ok to the hostess and leave....This is heartbreaking to experience and I will never visit this location again!!!!
