Took over 15 minutes to get my caramel sundae I ordered from the McDonald's kiosk with a seat number. There were only three people in the dining area. I eventually had to go up to the counter to find out why I was taking so long. I did get it eventually

Pulled through the drive-through at rush-hour so food should’ve been prepared. was sent to wait for a hash brown. when I asked if it was gonna be quick because it isn’t normally when im sent to a parking spot, I was assured it would be quick. the person in front of me has been waiting at least 10 minutes And I’m waiting. Very poor planning and follow through as well as dishonest response
Trash. Every time I go there, mainly because of my kids, the meal is wrong, or something is missing, or sandwich made wrong etc. You throw your money away at this location. Ordered 2 Happy meals this last time and they gave us 1 without the meal in it. Only fries and a toy.

The Susdewitt McDonalds are just terrible. Trying to save money at every turn. No more soda machine. Orders through the app charge you for included sauces. The interior is nice but that's about it. A bunch of employees milling about while the drive through line outside wraps around the building. Ignoring order customizations. I'm done with this place. I thought the Goochland one was an anomaly with their terrible service. Nope. It's clearly poor management, training, and policies. If I see the name Susdewitt on the door of a McDonald's again I'm turning around and leaving.

The men's room could hsve used some attention but I know this is a difficult task at times.
I struggled with the self order until someone helped me at a register. The stupid system kept wanting me to login to an account I don't and will never hsve. All I wanted was an apple pie. Glad I never got to the question of payment as I was going to pay cash. I know all the arguments for self order but my worn out and sore knees don't care.

This is the most inefficient McDonald’s. Every single time I come to the drive thru, I have to pull into a spot to wait and it takes 20 minutes for a happy meal. Ridiculous. I could go to Walmart, make chicken nuggets and eat them before this place delivers to my car before I have to call them to remind them of my order.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a kids meal and a coffee. The woman was very rude that handed me the order. In addition, the chicken nuggets were cold and I did not want my son to get food poisoning so we threw away the meal. What a waste of money and time. I will not return to this location again.
This location has to be competing for the slowest service possible. Service this bad can't be on accident.

The people who served us didn’t care when I asked where my drinks were. His response “oh yeah we are out of sweet tea”. And then he just stared at me. I asked him to get another drink plus we were missing a happy meal. Never brought the Happy meal drinks out. Wow.
