I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was mediocre. The cheese did not seem hot enough and the pepperonis were still soggy, yet the edges of the crust were starting to blacken. The leftover pizza I heated up at home the next day was actually a lot better because I was able to get the cheese good and melted that time. For the quality of the pizza, this place is very overpriced. I was also annoyed that when I asked about the “new kids meal” advertised on the poster, the guy working there was not able to tell me what’s included. He said it’s a pizza, drink, and apple sauce. I think the manager overheard but did not correct this misinformation. I paid, sat down with my daughter, realized there was no apple sauce, and when I went back to ask for it, the cashier was completely puzzled. The manager shouted from the back that the guy I talked to was mistaken and the meal did not come with apple sauce. Mistakes happen, but there was no apology made or offer to rectify the misunderstanding. They were generally unconcerned. For the price, there are many other places where I’d rather spend my money.
