they told me they didn’t have lettuce so i never got the salad i ordered then i also order a cheese pizza and when the he/she got it out the over it walked over to its co worker whispering about why is it a pepperoni pizza so i end up with a pepperoni pizza. 0/10 recommend the place has gone downhill

Great pizza, great staff.
They have plant based cheese and italian sausage for vegan options. Not bad. Lots of veggies to add as well. I would have loved to see beyond steak tips or soy curls on the menu, but what they have is totally feasible and I ended up with a good vegan pizza.
I placed a pick up order and the form/website told me it would be ready in 13 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and it hadn't gone in yet... took another 30 minutes to get the pizza. However -- the person working realized that this was not a great customer experienced, and they offered to refund me the full amount without me having to ask or express frustration or anything. There were a few other people waiting on late pizzas and he offered them the same as well. I'm very please with how they handled that situation. Seemed like they may have been short staffed.

Made an online order - arrived to the restaurant to receive my order and was told that my name would be called when it was ready. i waited 15 minutes past my ready time and my pizza hadn’t even been fixed. I watched Employee Kia grab an in person customers pizza off the “to be cooked” rack and say it was mine but needed to be cooked. i cancelled my order.

Everytime I try to order or come here to order it is closed early or temporarily. 2 weeks ago it was the oven not working but I saw the fire going then today it said temporarily closed but people I’m here and I already ordered ahead of time. I am not sure what has been going on but it can be frustrating at times when all you want is a MOD pizza. Suggest to call first before ordering.

Not the right order, and honestly, not that good. This was my fourth time giving MOD Pizza a try, and I regret it every single time. The pizza in the photo isn’t what I ordered—again. It’s always something. The food is just average at best, and the service feels rushed or careless. Atmosphere is the only thing that’s decent.
I only keep trying because they’re close, but at this point, I’m done. Just go to Sergio’s instead—it’s worth the extra drive.
