I Love MOD Pizza!!! I have been eating there every Saturday since 2019?. The management and the employees are always nice and the facility is always clean. They know me by name and I have a usual. MOD Pizza is not just another pizzeria, it's an experience. I can't wait until Saturday. (lol)

Do not place an online order through Google maps. They are either understaffed, or the people here are not very good at multitasking. I placed an order 30mins ago, I walk in and they say the order I placed didn't go through, and they made the order as I got there. The person I spoke to was pretty polite and apologetic, but it he was not one of the two that were at the front when I walked in about 15mins prior.I've never had issues with the pizza quality when placing the orders, just a bit puzzled that nobody would bother to check the system in a rotational basis to see if anyone placed an order.

I order to go however I have noticed the restaurant is very clean and the staff are always attentive and friendly. I love the food. Fresh herbs on the cheese bread ! The option for cauliflower base. Fresh vegetables. This is my new favorite weekend dinner. It's so fast too.

Usually food here is really solid and I've always enjoyed my pizza, but I got home tonight after picking up dinner and they forgot to put cheese on my pizza. I wish I had checked it before I left, I'm just shocked they cooked it like this and thought it was fine without double checking the order receipt.

I put in the notes for my pickup order “extra black olives please! I’m sad” because of a rough day and obviously olives make everything better, and along with an excessive amount of olives (thank you) they gave me a cake and a note that said “sorry, feel better soon” and that made me very very happy. Thank you to the workers that did that for me!!!!! It definitely cheered me up!

We love this place good pizza and service. The prices have gone up but so has everywhere else.
Pizzas are really good and It's usually very quick from ordering to eating.Prices are reasonable.Staff on all occasions have been pleasant and helpful.It's clean, tables are never cluttered/needing to be cleaned.

Food rating only low because I don't eat thin or fire baked pizza. Pregnant wife had to have it. Disclaimer, the taste of the toppings were amazing. Will more than likely go back to get a pizza salad with no crust to change the rating. Staff was great as well as the homemade tea.

I’m updating this review from a visit four years ago; they’ve seemed to have improved a lot since then. I know Covid hit them hard (as many restaurants were) and they survived that.Our recent visit was at a semi-busy time; our female worker had to make some pickup orders, but got to us as soon as she could. The employees we encountered were pleasant and had a smile to offer- which is a rarity in many restaurants these days. The pizzas tasted good, but still a little “thrown together”; they have discontinued their ricotta cheese, and to my wife’s disappointment- their broccoli on the make-line. (I never understood broccoli on pizza, but what can I say? ??♂️She’s my wife… ??)The tables were a little dirty due to the increased customer traffic, but that was soon remedied; the drink/condiment area was quite cleaned and stocked well, (they even had “to-go” boxes stocked up! ?) but the men’s room looked like a tsunami hit it.
