If I could 0 stars I would. Waited 2 hours for my pizza, got to me, box half opened and pizza was broken like it had been tampered with. Called the store, on hold for 20 mins, and the manager on duty said to call in the morning to speak to another manager because the system did not allow her to process the refund. Poor customer service

Un.be.lievable!!!!! The way these employees are bullied by this woman is utterly ridiculous. I came to pick up a door dash order and this young lady was yelling at her coworker and spoke very condescending to the male. Unacceptable! I would NEVERRRR eat here ..bad energy and food doesn't go together.

Found a roach in my pizza box. Called immediately to complain. MOD was not surprised by my complaint. Store manager refused refund, stated he reviewed cameras saw no roach, claims he boxed up my order then hung up in my face. Health department is investigating

(Belmont location)First off the staff is impatient and unprofessional over the phone I was traveling and wanted food for when I got home I ordered pizza at 7:00 pm the cashier told me that I had an extra delivery fee I specifically asked if it would be charged to the card I already used to pay for my order, which I was told yes …the pizza was scheduled to be delivered by 10:15 I called at 10:18 once I got home and they told me they were just putting it in the oven … 30 min later I call to check on the order they tell me it failed and they couldn’t get a driver to deliver it and nothing else! I proceeded to ask how I would get my delivery in which the response was “good question”.. then they tell me that I owed a balance of 4.99 and that’s probably why they can’t get a driver. This could have been rectified 30 min earlier if I was advised….I then advised that the person I talked to almost 4 hrs prior told me they would charge my card for the 4.99.. There was no solution presented by the staff. So, I cancelled my order and asked for a cancellation receipt email to which that could also not be accommodated.. the worst experience and I’m so annoyed with the lack of care on the staffs part!

This store is a hit or miss at best. My last order was 2 hours late. They said the did not charge me but still showing on my account. Also said they remade my food but the only thing that was fresh was the brownie they gave me for inconvenience. The pizza was cold breadsticks had no garlic it was a great disappointment. Positive note at least the door dash driver was cool.

I ordered other new flavor tavern pizza with the garlic dust but did not receive the garlic dust on the pizza so it was a regular thin crust pizza. The staff took 35 minutes making a pizza they said would take 13 minutes. The wings were cold.
