(Belmont location)First off the staff is impatient and unprofessional over the phone I was traveling and wanted food for when I got home I ordered pizza at 7:00 pm the cashier told me that I had an extra delivery fee I specifically asked if it would be charged to the card I already used to pay for my order, which I was told yes …the pizza was scheduled to be delivered by 10:15 I called at 10:18 once I got home and they told me they were just putting it in the oven … 30 min later I call to check on the order they tell me it failed and they couldn’t get a driver to deliver it and nothing else! I proceeded to ask how I would get my delivery in which the response was “good question”.. then they tell me that I owed a balance of 4.99 and that’s probably why they can’t get a driver. This could have been rectified 30 min earlier if I was advised….I then advised that the person I talked to almost 4 hrs prior told me they would charge my card for the 4.99.. There was no solution presented by the staff. So, I cancelled my order and asked for a cancellation receipt email to which that could also not be accommodated.. the worst experience and I’m so annoyed with the lack of care on the staffs part!

This store is a hit or miss at best. My last order was 2 hours late. They said the did not charge me but still showing on my account. Also said they remade my food but the only thing that was fresh was the brownie they gave me for inconvenience. The pizza was cold breadsticks had no garlic it was a great disappointment. Positive note at least the door dash driver was cool.

I ordered other new flavor tavern pizza with the garlic dust but did not receive the garlic dust on the pizza so it was a regular thin crust pizza. The staff took 35 minutes making a pizza they said would take 13 minutes. The wings were cold.

I’m giving this store 5 stars because I ordered a large big box, and sides. I wasn’t aware that they used DoorDash when they’re busy and it took quite some time. My food came and it was pretty hard to eat so I called back to voice my concerns. I spoke to Marissa who was so professional and she reached out to her supervisor William Telly. He asked me to call back the next day for a refund but it became difficult because I paid DoorDash in cash. I agreed to get another order and he gave me credit for what I paid for and more. He handled my order personally and it came quickly and it was delicious. I’m a very non confrontational person and they really gave me amazing customer service. I really appreciate how they handled the situation for me.

This place didn't used to be so bad but this meal cost us $30 and it was just gross and did not taste like pizza hut the crust was paper thin in the middle and had 4 inch thick doughy half cooked crust, and all I got was a pan pepperoni and breadsticks which were also flat and tough. please do better.

Unfortunately I think it depends who's working as to the quality of your order.
Worst pizza ever. I ordered a large thin crust with extra cheese and sauce. They gave me less cheese and sauce than I would have gotten on a regular pizza and charged me for extra.

My order was placed on the floor of my front porch instead of on one of the chairs or side tables. My pizza box was full of ants. I had to throw my whole order. $40 down the drain.
Usually the pizza here is fine, but tonight for delivery what I got was raw dough and a lukewarm pizza. I feel like I wasted money rather than enjoyed a dinner, and unfortunately have felt very sick ever since.

So I ordered from this takeout, and sometimes they use doordash when extremely busy on this day. A non speaking English male arrived at my door pizza in hand, and he didn't understand that the order had been paid for why I don't know so him and my son are going back and forth with the pizza so finally I call back to the store so that they can explain to him that the pizza is paid for but no one at the store speak his language. I called doordash customer service, and guess what? No one there speaks English, I CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP, SO MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
