I placed an order last night for delivery from the Belmont location. I ordered a large pizza & 2 20 oz Pepsi’s and paid on the app with tip included. Upon delivery, I was asked if the order had been paid for and then told “oh sometimes it doesn’t show on the receipt if it was paid or not” okay so if you were questioning if it had been paid for or not, why didn’t someone from the restaurant call if they had concerns? why would you deliver my food still? Especially because it doesn’t allow a cash option for payment method online? In addition, I only received 1 of the 2 pepsi’s i ordered. I don’t want a refund because honestly it was just $2 but it’s the principal that you were more concerned about if my order was paid for (knowing i did because you got a 21% tip) instead of ensuring my order was accurate .

If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered online at 7:20pm on a Thursday and the store called me to tell me they close at 8pm and wouldn’t be able to complete my order for 1 pizza. They need to close the Hopkins Road in North Chesterfield location permanantly.

Tried to place a order online but it wouldn't go through. Store closes at 11pm started order at 10pm. It didn't work so i called lady put me on hold immediately. I waited for 10 mins before calling from another number to have the same thing happen. Tried calling back while still waiting on the other phone she kept placing us on hold when all we wanted to ask was can we place orders online or have their system shut down for the night. She said yes tried to explain it wasnt working and so nothing. Needless to say we got no where with a 20 min hold

This is a review of the Pizza Hut on Belmont Rd. in Chesterfield, VA. The pizza and breadsticks are actually very good but the service was horrible. I could see 2 employees but there could have more in the back. One girl was making pizzas and I didn't expect her to stop making pizza to wait on me but she could have spoken to me to let me know someone would be with me shortly. The other girl was in the back and she came up front 3 times and never looked in my direction or spoke to me at all. I was less than 2 feet from her and she never even explained why she couldn't wait on me right a way. Seriously, all she had to do was tell me they were busy and I would have patiently waited for another 10 minutes. I left without placing my order and I will never go back but I will be placing a call to William Talley the general manager.
