The food overall had a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by what tasted like rancid oil. At first, we thought the smell was coming from the plastic bag, but it turned out to be from the food itself.
We ordered:
• Loaded chicken nachos – the toppings were great and would have been some of the best nachos I’ve had, if not for the nacho chips themselves, which tasted off.
• Build-your-own quesadillas – very delicious, though there was still a slight hint of the same oil flavor.
• Chips – these tasted quite bad and clearly reflected the oil issue.
I really hope this was a one-off situation, because the flavors were otherwise excellent and I’d genuinely like to come back

Got my first Burrito here, a sweet and spicy chicken. It was delicious!

Staff is courteous and counter service is quick. I think this falls squarely between fast food tacos and a regular casual Mexican restaurant, same niche that Chipotle occupies.
I've been twice and got the loaded chicken tortilla soup bowl. Sooooo good! My new fave spot

I had a very disappointing experience at this Qdoba. The employees – including the person who claimed to be the general manager – were not attentive to my order. My quesadilla was burned on the press and had to be remade. Instead of owning any of mistake or communication staff implied that the mishap was my fault and would not refund the portion of my order. Offered me a voucher, which would imply I would have to return.
They also never asked whether my order was for dine-in or carry-out, and they didn’t recap my order to confirm accuracy. Meanwhile, the dining area was left dirty during a busy time, which added to the negative impression.
Overall, the service and management were unprofessional, and the experience fell well below expectations.

It was a bit slow, which is good if you like quiet. Excellent food, good variety.

I’ve given this Qdoba location multiple chances — and each time, I’ve left more disappointed than the last. The biggest issue is the inconsistency in food quality. One visit might be passable, and the next, the food is cold, undercooked, or just poorly prepared. You never know what you’re going to get, which is frustrating when you’re spending money expecting a certain standard.
What makes it worse is the lackluster service. The staff often seem uninterested, inattentive, and at times outright dismissive. Orders are rushed, items are missed, and there’s little effort put into basic customer interaction.
Qdoba as a brand has potential, but this location is not living up to it. I would not recommend this store unless some major improvements are made in both food prep and customer service
