Had the pulled chicken. Very tender and pleadingly not over smoked. No bitter smoke taste. Just enough bbq sauce, so you can easily adjust to your bbq sauce taste or enjoy as prepared. Nice job.

Mike and Adrienne at River City BBQ are the REAL DEAL!!! This was a hidden gem that I happened to stumble across that was nothing short of a masterpiece when it hit your taste buds. Pork & Ribs that fell right off the bone with seasoning just right no sauce was even required. Pork Belly’s so moist and flavorful you have to look at it twice before taking a second bite to make sure it was real. Bake beans and Mac & cheese that were the perfect complement to an already exquisite meal. Mike don’t play grill like other self proclaimed “grill masters” he is nothing short of an EXPERT in his craft. But trust me don’t procrastinate on this one cause the food SELLS OUT QUICK and when it’s gone THEY GONE! Thank you Mike & Adrienne for some of the BEST BBQ I have had in a very long time. The food was delicious! 30 guests attended, and many continue to rave about the brisket, salmon, chicken legs, mac n cheese, baked beans, corn bread, banana pudding, chocolate chip cookies, and brownies. Mike and Adrienne Parham provided excellent service to include providing us with an array of options to consider in advance, and met our every need to make our annual gathering yet another memorable event. ASK and others will definitely have them cater future events.
Just had the privilege of enjoying River City BBQ and man was it delicious! Brisket, pork, chicken, salmon and sides. Mike and Adrienne are so nice, friendly, and enormously passionate about serving meats prepared the right way - slow, seasoned, with a beautiful oak & hickory flavor. The presentation of their catering is even mouth-watering. We all couldn’t wait to dig in. Oh, and don’t miss the banana pudding and cookies if they’re serving them.
