Had the pulled chicken. Very tender and pleadingly not over smoked. No bitter smoke taste. Just enough bbq sauce, so you can easily adjust to your bbq sauce taste or enjoy as prepared. Nice job.

Mike and Adrienne at River City BBQ are the REAL DEAL!!! This was a hidden gem that I happened to stumble across that was nothing short of a masterpiece when it hit your taste buds. Pork & Ribs that fell right off the bone with seasoning just right no sauce was even required.
