Simply Fantastic, just perfect, and of all things the baked beans were the bomb, we had a smoked sweet potato as big as my leg , just crazy…. We so needed this in Central Virginia
Great bbq demands wood, time, patience, and passion. And that’s why there’s a line a River City Barbeque. Taste the difference. Try the ribs and brisket or smoked beans if there are any left.
Had the pulled chicken. Very tender and pleadingly not over smoked. No bitter smoke taste. Just enough bbq sauce, so you can easily adjust to your bbq sauce taste or enjoy as prepared. Nice job.
