I think the salads are very good. However, the ordering system is incomprehensible for myself. I have gotten frustrated 2 times now and just walked out. Wawa has a similar self service menu and ordering system. I would recommend to the owner to take at that system and compare it to what is used at Saladworks.

Always a great experience. The customer service is exceptional. Thank you for providing an option to opt out of chipotle sauce on sandwich. Please provide an option for me to choose my chips and opt out of roll and pickle. People might just want Ms. Vickie's Chips and no roll and or pickle in exchange for Lays chips.

Food is good and staff are friendly. Owner is great! But the ordering system is constantly changing (never getting better, just shuffling up for no good reason) and prices have gone up like 50% overnight. Can't really justify paying close to $25 for a pick 2 lunch which was about $16 before the recent change (no difference in the food or size, just the price). There's no longer any discount when selecting Pick 2... you're now basically just purchasing 2 entrees. Used to go about once per week but sadly now I'll just make the bowl myself at home instead and just come on occasion.

I got the Asian salad and shared the frutta bowl it was amazing I didn’t get the picture of the frutta bowl
All the food items i’ve had here are meh… The best item so far was the Avocado toast which is Avocado on toast w/ red peppers, boiled sliced eggs, and everything bagel seasoning. The smoothie was very bland and lacked a fruit taste.
The inside is very clean, and they have kiosk where you can easily self check out.
Parking is tight in this lot because of the nearby restaurant but I appreciate how they have blocked off several spots just to visit their location.

Just had a terrific lunch at SaladWorks near Lakepointe on Hull St. The whole experience was great! Food was fresh and delicious, staff were really helpful to us newbies, music was a nice background - not too loud, really clean table area... If you haven't tried it yet, get going :) ! And they have breakfast options too - from avocado toast to fruit bowls and smoothies. We look forward to trying breakfast soon!!
