I think the salads are very good. However, the ordering system is incomprehensible for myself. I have gotten frustrated 2 times now and just walked out. Wawa has a similar self service menu and ordering system. I would recommend to the owner to take at that system and compare it to what is used at Saladworks.

Always a great experience. The customer service is exceptional. Thank you for providing an option to opt out of chipotle sauce on sandwich. Please provide an option for me to choose my chips and opt out of roll and pickle. People might just want Ms. Vickie's Chips and no roll and or pickle in exchange for Lays chips.

Food is good and staff are friendly. Owner is great! But the ordering system is constantly changing (never getting better, just shuffling up for no good reason) and prices have gone up like 50% overnight. Can't really justify paying close to $25 for a pick 2 lunch which was about $16 before the recent change (no difference in the food or size, just the price). There's no longer any discount when selecting Pick 2... you're now basically just purchasing 2 entrees....
